某车载自动迫击炮全炮动力学仿真

【摘要】 本文以某车载自动迫击炮为研究对象,应用虚拟样机技术和联合仿真技术,对自动机动力学、全炮发射动力学进行了分析,在此基础上对射击稳定性和炮口扰动进行了分析。论文主要工作包括以下几个方面:1.分析了车载自动迫击炮总体结构,应用三维建模软件Pro/e建立了全炮的三维实体模型,为动力学分析提供了各部件的质量、质心位置和转动惯量等重要信息,为全炮的动力学仿真进行了数据准备;2.分析了迫击炮自动机的工作原理,建立了自动机数学模型、迫击炮内弹道数学模型,并应用MATLAB/Simulink建立了自动机仿真模型,并进行初步计算,为全炮联合仿真奠定了理论基础。3.应用动力学分析软件ADAMS建立了全炮动力学模型,联合MATLAB中建立的自动机仿真模型建立了全炮的联合仿真模型,并对仿真参数进行了初步的调整;在此基础上对全炮进行了联合仿真,并对仿真结果进行分析。4.在联合仿真的基础上,根据射击过程中车体的位移、角位移曲线,对全炮四连发射击时的稳定性进行了分析;同时得到了炮口扰动曲线,为进一步研究车载追击炮精度提供了必要的基础。

【Abstract】 This thesis is to study the vehicle-mounted mortar, and uses Virtual Prototype (VP) technology and joint simulation method to analyze automation dynamics and lunch dynamics of mortar. Then it discusses the firing stability and muzzle deflection of the vehicle-mounted mortar. The main part of this thesis can be summarized as following:1. Analyze the overall structure of the vehicle-mounted mortar, establish the mortar’s 3-D model by use of Pro/Engineer, provide dynamics analysis with such important figures as mass of each part, mass center and rotation inertia. In this way, the data for the mortar’s dynamic simulation is ready.2. Analyze the operational principle, build up math models for automation and the interior ballistic, solve a simulating model for the automatic machine by means of MATLAB/Simulink software, and conduct a preliminary calculation. Therefore, the theoretical foundation for the joint simulation is laid out.3. Establish the multi-bodied dynamic model of the vehicle-mounted mortar in ADAMS environment, build up an overall joint simulation model combined with the previously-built simulating model for the automation, adjust the simulation parameters for the first time. Then carry out a joint simulation of the vehicle-mounted mortar and analyze the result.4. Based on the computational results of the joint simulation, analyze the firing stability of the vehicle-mounted mortar, according to the displacement of the mortar and the angle displacement curve in the process of four burst of fired; in the meantime, obtain the muzzle deflection curve which lay out the necessary foundation for the further study on the precision of the vehicle-mounted mortar.
