远距离RFID收发技术研究

【摘要】 射频识别技术作为一项先进的自动识别和数据采集技术,被认为是21世纪十大重要技术之一,在生产制造、销售流通、公共安全等领域有着广阔的应用前景。920MHz射频识别系统有着读距离远、阅读速度快等优点,是目前国际上RFID产品研究与应用的热点。本论文介绍了RFID国内外的发展概况,阐述了RFID的基本原理,进行了总体方案的设计。研究ISO18000-6协议的基础上,用Matlab仿真软件的Simulink工具包进行满足此协议下的系统级仿真。分析微带天线的理论和方法后,提出了以下指标:增益为12dB,频率带宽为910-930MHz,极化形式为圆极化,E,H面的角度为40度。用Ansoft公司的Designer软件进行了多种材料单片微带天线的设计、天线馈电结构的设计、天线阵的设计,测量天线后达到指标要求。RFID发射电路采用ASK调制,接收电路采用I/Q直接变频的结构。运用ADS(Advanced Design System)软件根据芯片的参数要求,进行发射电路和接收电路的系统级仿真,达到了指标要求。

【Abstract】 Radio frequency identification technology as an advanced automatic identification and data acquisition techniques, was considered an important technology one of the top ten in the 21 st century, have broad application prospects in manufacturing, sales distribution, public safety and other fields. 920MHz radio frequency identification system that is the hot spots in the research and the application fields , has a long reading distance, the advantages of speed reading and so on .This paper introduces the development of RFID at home and abroad, the basic principles of RFID, the overall design of the project. on the basis of the ISO 18000-6 protocol , Simulink that are the simulation software tool kits of the Matlab meet the agreement of system-level simulation. After researching the theory and methods of the microstrip antenna , made the following indicators: gain of 12 dB, frequency bandwidth of 910-930 MHz, form of circular polarization, E, H of the angle of 40 degrees. So the design of microstrip array antenna experiences the procedure such as the various forms design of single-chip microstrip antenna ,the design of antenna feed structure , and the design of array antenna design, antenna processing. The measurement results of microstrip antenna array achieve the expected target. RFID transmitter circuit uses ASK modulation, RFID receiver circuit uses the structure of IQ direct conversion . By the use of the ADS (Advanced Design System) software bases on the parameters and indicators of chip demand, the transmitter and receiver circuit system-level simulation meet to the simulation results.
