现役枪械可靠性评估方法研究

【摘要】 武器装备的可靠性研究是目前世界各国争相进行的热门课题,是未来武器装备研究的一个重要分支。枪械是军队装备最多的武器,是军队战斗力的保证,所以对现役枪械的可靠性研究是极具现实意义的工作。本论文以枪械可靠性评估为研究背景,以某现役的自动步枪为研究对象,针对自动步枪使用过程中的可靠性评估问题,提出了枪械可靠性评估的概念和基本原则,分析了自动步枪可靠性评估的方法,并通过实例说明了可靠性评估方法的实际运用。论文主要内容有:(1)针对枪械产品的特殊性,对枪械可靠性相关概念进行探讨,提出了现役枪械可靠性有关的概念和理论,为论文的进一步研究奠定基础。(2)通过对枪械故障的理论分析,运用Matlab软件进行数据处理,建立以枪械可靠性数学模型为依据的参数统计评估法。(3)结合有关国家军用标准,制定适合部队实施的可靠性试验方案,建立基于可靠性试验的非参数统计评估法。(4)运用可靠性工程理论,并结合数学方法,对某现役步枪可靠性指标进行定性与定量的分析研究,确定了该武器的可靠性水平,为武器装备管理提供了理论依据和实用的操作方法。本论文的研究工作,是对现役枪械可靠性研究应用的探索和尝试,也是对枪械可靠性评估方法的有益补充和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of reliability of the weaponry is the popular topic which all the countries in the world is competing for research .it is a important branch of the future weaponry research .Firearms is the largest weapon of the military equipment ,ensure the army’s combat effectively, therefore has especial practical significance on the research of active firearmsThe paper takes the reliability of firearms assessment as research back ground, takes some active automatic rifles as the object of study, based on the important status of reliability research propose the concept and principle of the reliability of Firearms assessment, analyze the method of reliability assessment of the automatic rifles, and explain actual utilization of the method of reliability assessment through examples. The main content includes:1) Discuss the relative concepts of firearms and propose the correlative concepts and theories of the reliability of active firearms according to its special nature, lay foundation for the paper further research.2) Through the theoretical analysis of firearms failure, use the Matlab software to do data processing, establish the non-parameter statistics appraisal method with firearms reliability mathematical model as its base.3) According to the country military standards, draws the reliability test plan which suits the arm, establishes parameter statistics appraisal method based on the reliability test.4) Make comprehensive reliability assessment of active rifles and confirm its reliability level that provides the theoretical and realistic basis to the weaponry policy-maker.The paper is in exploration and experiment on the research application of firearms reliability, it is also a beneficial supplement and improvement of firearms reliability appraisal method.更多还原
