某火箭炮发射动态特性仿真与分析

【摘要】 本文运用虚拟样机技术,利用火箭发射动力学的方法对107mm牵引式火箭炮进行发射过程中的仿真与分析。通过仿真分析来判断在不同路面条件和不同射角工况下的发射状态的动力学特性对火箭炮射击精度的影响,提供火箭炮的最佳发射条件和发射状态。以此为目的,首先建立火箭炮全炮三维模型,利用实体造型软件建立火箭炮的三维实体模型;基于虚拟样机技术,利用有限元分析方法对柔性体进行模态分析,根据接触理论解决不同路面与火箭炮之间的连接,最终建立火箭炮系统的全炮动力学模型;根据刚柔耦合系统动力学理论,对火箭炮在不同路面环境和不同射角的发射工况下进行动力学仿真和分析,从而得到的振动数据,并从中分析出火箭炮的最佳射击状态和各种扰动对火箭炮发射的影响。通过对各种因素引起的振动数据的研究,也可为评价和控制射击精度提供理论基础和技术手段。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the virtual prototyping technology and the method of rocket launching dynamics are used to simulate and analyze the launching process of 107 mm tractor rocket. The simulation analysis to estimate the affect on the rocket launching accuracy by the dynamic characteristic when the rocket-launch launched on the different angle and various of road surface conditions, provide the best launching conditions and launching status when the rocket-launch launched.For this purpose, first of all, three-dimensional model of the rocket-launch is established by using the software of CAD; Based on virtual prototyping technology, the method of finite element analysis could be used to analyze the flexible body by modal analysis, the linking problems between the various road surface and rocket-launch can be solved using contact theory, eventually the dynamics model about the whole rocket-launch system is established; The whole launch system in different road surface and different angle conditions is simulated and analyzed using the rigid dynamics and flexible dynamics theories, and the launched dynamic characteristic of rocket-launcher can be obtained, the best launching state of rocket-launch and the influence by the various disturbances when rocket-launch launched also can be got from the analysis of vibration data. Through the research of the vibration data that caused by various factors, we also can provide a theoretical basis and technological methods for evaluating and controlling launching accuracy.
