风洞数据采集系统设计与实现

【摘要】 风洞用于空气动力模拟试验以获取各种空气动力学参数,风洞试验数据的获取主要依靠风洞数据采集系统,该系统在风洞中具有非常重要的地位,是风洞的重要组成部分之一。先进的风洞数据采集系统建设,可以提高风洞试验效率、精度及水平,对空气动力学的研究具有重要的意义。本文通过对风洞数据采集系统组成原理与相关应用技术的研究,在详细分析用户需求的基础上,应用虚拟仪器技术设计了系统硬件和软件。该系统硬件基于PXI平台构建,主要包括各传感器元件、信号调理板、数据放大器、数据采集板、工控机等;该系统软件采用LabWindows/CVI工具软件进行开发,包括主控模块、静态数据采集模块、动态数据采集模块、数据的分析和处理模块、文件管理模块、网络通信模块等程序模块。本文设计的风洞数据采集系统已经通过调试,并已投入使用,为我国空气动力学研究提供了先进的试验平台。多次实验表明,本文设计的风洞数据采集系统完全达到设计要求,其自动化程度高,可提高风洞运行效率,缩短试验时间,提高测试精度,从而提高该风洞的市场竞争力,创造良好的社会和经济效益。

【Abstract】 Wind tunnel is used for the aircraft aerodynamic simulation test to acquire a variety of aerodynamics data. Wind tunnel test data acquisition depends mainly on wind tunnel data acquisition system. So the system is one of the important parts of wind tunnel. The development of advanced wind tunnel may enhance efficiency, accuracy and wind tunnel experimental level, playing an important role on the aerodynamic research.This thesis first studies the composition principle of wind tunnel data acquisition system and related application technology. On the basis of a detailed analysis of user needs, virtual instrument technology is used to design the hardware and the software. The hardware system which bases on the PXI composes of sensors, signal modules, data amplifiers, acquisition modules and industrial control computer. The software system which uses LabWindows/CVI software tools to develop contains such programs as main control module, static data acquisition module, dynamic data acquisition module, data analysis and processing module, files management module and network communication module.Wind tunnel data acquisition system designed in this thesis has successful in debugging. It has started test models and provids a reliable test platform for China’s aerodynamics researching. Experiments show that the system fully satisfies the design requirements, demonstrating its high automation and efficiency. It may shorten the experiment time and improve precision. So the market competitiveness of wind tunnel is enhanced, and it creates a good social and economic benefits.
