偏心起爆式定向战斗部破片速度分布及增益研究

【摘要】 本文采用了试验、理论与数值模拟相结合的方法研究了偏心起爆式定向战斗部破片速度、密度分布及起爆点的数目、位置等对破片速度增益的影响规律。研究结果表明:偏心的起爆方式对战斗部破片有一定的汇聚作用,但并不明显。偏心起爆对破片速度的影响显著。在与起爆点相对的方向上,破片速度最大,增益可达24.7%,在此位置的两侧,破片速度呈递减趋势分布。偏心起爆点数目的变化对破片速度增益的影响不大。起爆点距端面中心越远,破片的速度增益越大。一端偏心点起爆方式要优于中心起爆方式,在与起爆点相对的方向上,破片速度与中心起爆相比有着明显的增大。两端同时起爆战斗部的起爆方式要优于一端起爆,两端起爆的破片速度明显高于一端起爆时的破片速度。偏心线起爆对破片速度的影响与两端同时起爆的情况相似,速度的增益值也相近,最大增益略低于两端起爆。综合来看,两端同时偏心起爆的方式为最优起爆方式,破片速度增益最大,其次是偏心线起爆,最后是一端偏心起爆。本文的研究成果可为战斗部工程设计提供有益的参考。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly studies the distribution of fragment velocity and density under off-center initiation by means of experiment, theoretics and numerical simulation. The enhancement regularities of the fragment velocity under different multiple initiations of off-center are also researched.The results indicate that the fragments of warhead are collected under off-center initiation but not very evident and the velocity of fragments is significantly affected by off-center initiation. In the opposite direction on initiation point, the fragment velocity is maximum and the enhancement can reach 24.7%. On both sides of this position, the fragment velocity is decreasing trend. The enhancement of velocity is basically not affected by the number of initiation point. It also shows that the farther the distance from initiation point to the center, the greater fragment velocity gains. One end of off-center initiation is superior to centre initiation. In the opposite direction on initiation point, fragment velocity increases clearly comparing with the center initiation. Off-center initiation of both ends is superior to one end initiation and fragment velocity is significantly higher than that under one end Initiation. Off-center line initiation and off-center initiation of both ends have similar impact on fragment velocity and the enhancements of velocity are also close to each other. The biggest enhancement is slightly lower than that under both ends initiation.To sum up, off-center initiation of both ends is the best option, followed by off-center line initiation, one end off-center Initiation is final.The results of this paper can provide a useful reference on engineering design for the warheads.
