水路危险货物运输管理信息系统设计与开发

【摘要】 随着国民经济的快速发展,危险货物的种类和运输量不断增长。水路危险货物运输以其经济和运量大而独具优势,但同时也带来了重大的污染和安全隐患。因此,水路危险品运输安全监管问题备受关注,这也是当前水路危险品运输安全管理所迫切需要解决的重要课题之一。从水路运输危险货物安全监管的角度出发,基于计算机技术和信息化技术,展开了对水路危险货物运输管理信息系统的设计与开发的研究。主要内容如下:在分析危险货物的分类和特点的基础上,详细分析了对水路危险货物的运输特性。从业务需求的角度出发,在对水路危险货物运输管理信息系统的功能需求分析及系统开发可行性分析的基础上,提出了水路危险货物运输管理信息系统总体设计方案,并对系统主要的功能模块,如订单管理子系统,仓储管理子系统,运输管理子系统,应急管理子系统,系统管理子系统等进行了详细设计。基于B/S体系结构,采用Microsoft ASP.Net、C#技术进行了水路危险货物运输管理信息系统的开发工作。论文着重开展系统数据库及监控功能的设计开发。采用Microsoft SQL Server数据库技术设计后台数据库,结合GIS、GPS等技术,实现了系统功能的开发。本课题的研究工作开拓了水路危险货物运输管理的新思路,将为水路危险货物运输企业及海事管理部门提供科学的管理方法与手段。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the national economy, the types of dangerous goods become varied and its freight volume is increasing. The waterway transportation is very economical, but it also has brought about the great pollution and the potential safety problems. Therefore, the supervision of dangerous goods transportation of the waterway has attracted close attention. It’s one of the problems in the safety management of the waterway dangerous goods transportation, which needs to be solved urgently.From the viewpoint of the safety supervision of the waterway dangerous goods transportation, and based on the computer technology and the information technology, the waterway dangerous goods transportation management information system’s design and development have been studied. Its main research contents are as follows:On the basis of the analysis to the classification and features of dangerous goods, the characteristics of the waterway dangerous goods transportation has been researched in detail.From the perspective of the service needs, the functional requirements analysis and the feasibility assessment of system development are studied. On this basis, the general design of the waterway dangerous goods transportation management information system is proposed, and each functional module has been accomplished, such as order management subsystem, the warehousing management subsystem, the transportation management subsystem, the emergency management subsystem, and the system management subsystem.Based on the B/S architecture, the waterway dangerous goods transportation management information system has been developed by Microsoft ASP. Net and the C#. The system database and the function of monitoring have been designed and implemented. Using Microsoft SQL Server database technology as background database, and unifying GIS, GPS technologies, the system function development has been realized.The result of this subject has opened up the new ideas about the waterway transportation management of dangerous goods. It will provide scientific management methods and means for the waterway dangerous cargo transportation enterprise and the maritime safety administrative department.
