导轨式电磁枪械有关特性分析

【摘要】 电磁发射技术是近年来提出的新研究方向。本文主要运用电磁发射理论和计算机模拟技术,针对电磁枪械发射技术中相关的技术问题,对导轨式电磁枪械发射原理进行探索性研究。论文中首先介绍了三种类型电磁发射器的工作原理,根据它们的特点,选取导轨式电磁枪械作为研究对象,并对导轨式电磁枪械的工作原理、结构组成和特点进行了分析。然后,拟定了导轨式电磁枪械的研究方案,建立了导轨式电磁枪械的设计分析模型,推导了内弹道方程组。利用动态仿真软件Simulink对发射过程进行了仿真,分析了系统的动态特性,揭示了电容器充电电压、电容容量、导轨长度、发射体质量及回路电感与弹丸最大出口速度的关系,得到了设计模型的合理参数值,同时对电磁枪械的能量转化效率进行了分析计算。通过对比分析,论证了导轨式电磁枪械技术的可行性。最后,通过对导轨式电磁枪械的脉冲电源系统、发射体和发射导轨的分析与选择,得到了他们的工作状态方程,以及关键部件设计的基本参数,为进一步的研究工作打下了基础。

【Abstract】 Electromagnetic emission is a new research technology developed in recent years. Based on electromagnetic emission theory and computer simulation technology, some concerned issues on electromagnetic emission technology were studied, and launching principle of rail electromagnetic gun was explored.Firstly, the principles of three types of EML launchers were introduced. By comparing their characteristics, the rail launcher was eventually selected to be studied in the paper. Afterwards, operational principle, the structure composition and the characteristics of the rail type electromagnetic launching were analyzed. Then, model of the rail type electromagnetic guns for design and analysis was established. And interior ballistics equations were deduced. By Simulink, the software for dynamic simulation, launching process was simulated, so that the relation was recognized between projectile muzzle velocity and voltage, capacitance, rail length or projectile mass. Reasonable parameters for designing model were provided, and the energy conversion efficiency of electromagnetic gun was calculated. Through contrast analysis, the feasibility of the electromagnetic gun was verified. Finally, by analysis of impulse power system, projectile and launch rail of the electromagnetic gun, their equation of state was derived, and the basic design parameters of key components were obtained, which would be foundation for further research on electromagnetic gun.
