枪管寿命通用试验装置有关问题的分析研究

【摘要】 枪械寿命问题一直是各国枪械研究者研究的一个重要课题。枪管是枪械的重要部件之一,同时也是枪械寿命最短的零件之一。所以在提高枪械寿命的研究中,对枪管寿命的研究尤为重要。本文是对一款拟将研制的枪管寿命通用实验装置的有关问题进行分析预测。论文中,首先对枪管寿命通用实验装置方案进行了初步拟定,介绍了实验装置的组成和各部分的主要作用,对实验装置的动作过程进行了简单描述,并列出了通过枪管寿命通用实验装置进行实验的步骤;然后,对实验装置中的两个重要部件模拟枪机组件和弹盘同步驱动机构进行了分析,介绍了它们的作用和设计要求,以及它们的结构特性,重点对这两个部件进行了运动特性分析;最后,对实验装置进行了运动稳定性分析,分析了影响实验装置运动稳定性的因素,并通过在Matlab中编程计算,对影响实验装置运动稳定性的因素进行了优化分析,通过优化把引起运动不稳定的重要因素—惯性力控制在了一个比较稳定的范围内。通过一系列的分析研究,对实验装置的结构有了比较系统的描述,同时,对实验装置中的工作特性进行了详细的分析,为下一步的研制提供了一定的技术支撑。

【Abstract】 The firearms’ life is always an important research topic of researchers from many countries. The barrel, which takes one of firearms’ important parts, is one of the shortest life components. Therefore, the research of barrel life is especially important.Some related problems of the barrel life general test equipment which is going to be developed have been forecasted in this paper. Firstly, the scheme of barrel life general test equipment has been drawn up initially by introducing the composition of the test equipment and the leading roles of each part and movement process of the test equipment. The experiment steps of this barrel life general test equipment were also summarized. Then, the simulating rifle bolt module and the cartridge drum driving synchronously mechanism of the test equipment including their function and design requirements were introduced. The characteristic of motion to these two parts was also analyzed. Finally, the stability analysis of this test equipment has been done. Some key factors from this analysis have been obtained, which provided technical support for optimizes by using Matlab. Through this optimization, these important factors (force of inertia) causing movement unstable have been kept in a stable scope.Through a series of analytical study, the quite systematic description of the test equipment’s structure was gotten. Each part of the test equipment has also elaborated, which provided some technical support for the next step development.
