炮尾炮闩结构的多目标优化及稳健设计

【摘要】 本文基于非线性有限元以及结构优化设计理论,研究新型炮尾的设计方法。着重对炮尾结构进行优化及稳健设计的方法和技术途径方面进行了研究和探索。研究工作主要包括以下几个方面:1)建立了炮尾炮闩结构非线性有限元模型,在预定载荷的条件下进行应力分析;2)在通用CAE软件平台(ABAQUS)上通过Python二次开发编程环境实现了炮尾炮闩的实体和平面的参数化建模;3)将基于Pareto最优概念的多目标遗传算法与参数化建模技术相结合,通过多学科优化软件平台iSight,将有限元分析软件ABAQUS与优化算法集成为一体,应用相邻培养式遗传算法(NCGA)对炮尾炮闩结构进行多目标优化,取得了比较满意的优化结果,实现了炮尾结构设计“设计——优化——再设计”的集成化、自动化与智能化;4)针对多质量指标的特点和实际加工误差的性能要求,应用Taguchi稳健设计方法,进行了多质量指标的稳健性设计。5)利用优化和稳健设计后的结构参数建立了三维几何实体模型和有限元模型,进行了有限元分析,优化后的结构应力集中问题得到有效控制,稳健设计后的参数的敏感性得以下降,实现了优化和稳健设计的目的。基于Pareto最优化概念和Taguchi稳健设计理论,研究炮尾结构多目标优化设计及稳健设计的成功,说明了本文提出的优化及稳健设计的方法和技术途径具有实用价值,可以解决相应的实际问题。

【Abstract】 Based on the nonlinear finite element and structural optimization, this thesis mainly researches the theory of structural optimization and robust design and its application in the optimal design of gun breech.Research include the following aspects: 1)A finite element model of the breech mechanism is established and computed; 2)The method of parameterized modeling of finite element of structure through a universal CAE software(ABAQUS) is researched, and parameterized modeling of the breech mechanism is accomplished using the method. 3) ABAQUS and optimization are integrated into iSight optimization software’s platform. The gun breech structure is optimized on multi-objective with Neighborhood Cultivation Genetic Algorithm (NCGA). The optimization result is satisfied. It combines the parameterized modeling with the Genetic Algorithm (GA) for multi-objective optimization based on the Pareto-optimum. 4) Accordancing with the design requirements of gun breech, this multi-quality-target robust design process has been practiced on structure design of gun breech. 5)The 3-D geometry and finite element model of the assembly of the gun breech is set up in terms of the most robust and optimized structural parameters. Static finite element analysis is performed. Comparison of stress and displacement of the initial gun breech with those of the optimized one is made, which indicates that the stress concentration that leads to fatigue failure in the optimized structure is eliminated. Parameter of the sensitivity is descended after robust design. The optimization objective is obtained.Success in optimizing the breech mechanism shows that the method and technology for optimal design and Taguchi Methods of gun breech structural system put forward in this thesis is effective and practical. This method can be used to solve the practical problems of the corresponding.
