基于S7-300顺序逻辑控制仿真系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 本文依托于某高校PLC实验室建设中模块化加工实验系统虚拟仿真设计而开展的研究工作。根据PLC逻辑控制实验室仿真实验的建设要求和目的,考虑到高校的实验室状况以及社会对自动化人才需求的要求,从实验室教学及技能培训角度出发,设计了基于S7-300顺序逻辑控制仿真系统。笔者通过分析真实的模块化加工实验系统的工艺流程和控制参数,利用西门子STEP 7编程软件、SIMIT仿真软件、Festo公司FluidSIM-P气动电气仿真软件以及DDE通讯软件Vswitch,模拟出真实的模块化加工实验系统的工作过程,搭建了一个集控制和被控对象仿真为一体的虚拟仿真工业控制系统,并利用Flash软件设计了仿真系统的管理平台。同时,本文对PLC逻辑控制实验室的建设进行了整体性的规划,对设计与应用中出现的若干问题进行了探讨与研究,并提出相应的解决方案。在文章的最后,笔者对未来网络化实验室建设和未来模块化进行了展望。仿真系统的实现解决了实验室建设中建设经费不足和设备不足的问题,并为实验室训练人员全面的自动化技能提供了良好的模板与规范的仿真实验平台,可以一步一步地让学生对系统设计有所掌握,对于培养学生良好的工程意识、较强的实践能力和较高的综合素质发挥了一定的作用。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly describes the design and realization of the logic control simulation system which is based on the modular process system. According the building requirements and aim of PLC control simulation laboratory and the demand of our country for the people with automation technology, the author completes the whole design of the logic control simulation system and platform based on S7-300 PLC.Based on the analysis of the process and the control parameters of the real modular process system, the author used SIEMENS the STEP7 programming software, the SIMIT simulation software, FESTO Corporation FluidSIM-P air operated electricity simulation software as well as DDE communication software Vswitch, simulates the real modular processing experiment system’s work process, has constructed a simulation industrial system which combines the control and the control plant, and using Flash software design simulation system’s management platform. Meanwhile, the author discusses the problems during the realization and application of the simulation system. At the end of this article, the author has carried on the forecast to the future Web laboratory network construction and future modular.The realization of the simulation system solves the problem of the inadequate equipment and fund in the laboratory building, also establish a good standard experiment platform to provide comprehensive automation skills training for the automation technology learner. So the students can master the design of system, and can be trained to have good engineering sense and strong practical ability step by step.
