基于J2EE的客户关系管理系统研究与实现

【摘要】 客户关系管理CRM(Customer Relationship Management)是企业管理和计算机技术相结合的产物。随着Internet的发展,CRM系统的开发也由原来的客户/服务器模式转向基于Web的多层模式,J2EE正是开发CRM系统的理想平台。本文概括性的介绍了J2EE的体系结构及相关的一些技术,客户关系管理(Customer Relationship Management)的相关知识。在此基础上详细研究分析了分析型CRM的核心技术,数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘技术;然后提出了一个基于J2EE平台的分析型CRM系统结构,以该结构为基础设计了一个分析型CRM系统原型,并给出了实现。

【Abstract】 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is the combination of enterprise management and computer technologies. With the evolution of the Internet, the CRM systems are developed based on the Web pattern rather than the traditional Client/Server pattern. J2EE platform is the conformable design platform.This paper introduces the architecture of J2EE, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other technologies concerned. Based on these techniques, this paper discusses the core techniques of analytic CRM: Data Warehouse (DW), Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) and Data Mining technologies. Based on all these technologies, the author constructs an analytic CRM architecture based on J2EE. Based on the architecture, the author designs a prototype of analytic CRM, and finally implements it.
