火箭炮机电检测方法研究

【摘要】 火箭炮机电设备由机械、液压、气压装置、电路(不含电子设备)和电力驱动装置等组成,这些设备品种多,结构复杂,在检测维修保障方面有很强的需求。本课题以保障任务、技术要求为依据,分析了检测维修内容、检测维修设备。重点研究了专用检测设备的工作原理及检测方法,并介绍了火箭炮机电设备检测维修车的系统设计。瞄准检测采用双经纬仪方法,精度比传统的方法提高一个数量级,实现了单平台多种测量;专家系统采用原理知识库和经验知识库相结合,将各种检测手段优化组合,提高了检测维修效率;随动系统检测通过检测液压系统动态压力,确定液压系统故障,提高了故障隔离率;闭锁力检测较真实的模拟了闭锁装置的受力状态和打开过程,并解决了检测过程中对闭锁装置的损伤问题,保证了检测的准确性和真实性;炮车控制系统检测采用自动检测技术实现了对控制箱、操作台、调压器等多种单体的集成检测。通过本课题研究,解决了火箭炮机电设备检测维修的部分关键技术,研究成果已成功应用于检测维修车的研制。

【Abstract】 The electromechanical devices of long-distance rocket launcher, such as mechanism, hydraulic and air pressure system, electric power drive equipments etc, have various complex configurations, demand periodically frequent maintenance. Firstly, on the demand of a certain native newest rocket launcher project, the content of fault detection and device maintenance is totally analyzed. Secondly, all the methodology of precision measure and fault detection of different devices and system functionality is discussed in detail and put forward. Then, several kinds of appropriative detection equipments are developed. Finally, the system design of maintenance vehicle is reviewed.Aiming at measuring collimation precision of launcher, the measure process and algorithm based on theodolite is investigated systemically, then the collimation precision measure system by two theodolites is researched and developed, which fulfills all measure items of collimation precision on the self platform. The precision of Two-Theodolite system is ten times higher than the traditional scheme, and its efficiency is also increased dramatically. As far as servo system inspection, that fault is positioned and isolated by online monitoring dynamic pressure is employed. As for missile closedown mechanism, one new closedown force measuring device is devised, whose reliability and precision are both improved. Furthermore, the device can keep the closedown mechanism from damage due to measure. With respect to camion control system, ATE is adopted to realize the functionality of integrated detection for control case, manipulator, booster etc. Principle repository and experience repository are both integrated into the diagnostic expert system, which syncretize all kinds of detection means to heighten the diagnosis efficiency.Some key technology of rocket launcher maintenance is resolved in this subject, and the detection devices above have already been equipped into the maintenance vehicle of certain native long-distance rocket launcher.
