强制检定工作计量器具管理信息系统设计与应用

【摘要】 计量检测和管理水平是衡量一个企业技术水平的重要尺度,随着世界经济一体化的发展,高水准的计量检测和管理环境成为企业赢得市场的重要因素之一,计量的管理工作直接或间接影响企业产品质量和经济效益的提高。作为计量管理重要基础之一的强制检定计量器具的管理,显得尤为重要。本论文重点介绍了管理信息系统的基本理论和相关的技术方法。在分析强制检定计量器具管理特点的基础上,结合目前管理信息系统的发展现状和计量管理部门的实际情况,提出了强制检定计量器具管理信息系统的体系结构和运作模式,利用结构化的分析方法对计量测试所的组织结构、业务流程等内容进行了详细的分析,提出了系统的逻辑模型。同时在系统分析的基础上,结合数据库相关理论,进行了系统数据库的设计。应用计算机数据库管理技术,采用先进的计量检测点管理模式,以“规范化建议”为数据结构的设计依据,以功能模块为中心,以管理职能为对象,用计算机语言描述管理过程,提供了能全部实现管理功能的计算机软件系统,实现了信息的采集录入、加工处理和分析汇总功能的计算机化。该系统的实施和应用,有效提高了计量管理部门和企事业单位强检管理的工作效率和管理水平,使计量器具和设备的管理逐步走向信息化、规范化。更多还原
