中小型工程承包企业在机房工程中的项目管理研究

【摘要】 随着机房工程产业的迅速发展,其市场规模不断扩大,技术理念也趋向于“一体化”。在机房工程的设计和部署过程中,几乎每个方面都存在着实现标准化的必要性和可能性。如何制定切实可行的项目管理制度,对机房工程项目进行有效的计划和控制,是工程承包企业创效益图发展的关键。本文结合笔者的工作经验实际,以完成的几个项目为研究案例,分析了机房工程中规划、设计、投标、施工等阶段出现的问题,并运用现代项目管理的有关理论和方法,总结出了切实有效的应对和管理方式,改善了以往机房工程建设过程中各个专业配合松散、工期进度迟缓的情况。经过对项目管理理论和工程管理经验的总结归纳,笔者提出了一些适用于中小规模工程承包企业机房工程项目实施的建议。这对促使机房工程的项目管理在优质、高效的状态下运行,以适应市场经济的需要、最终提高客户满意度,有一定的参考作用。

【Abstract】 As the rapid development of EEEP(Engineering of Electronic Equipment Plant) industry, its scale of market is expanding and its technique concept is running to "Integration". In the process of the design and deployment of the EEEP, the possibility and necessity of carrying the standardization almost exist in every aspect. How to make out feasible system of item management and how to effectively program and control the EEEP item ,is the key of profiting and developing for the company contracted withBased on my working experience ,I have taken some items completed for example and analysed some problems in the progam ,design ,bid ,construction of the EEEP .Also ,I have used relative theories and methods to summarize effective styles of reply and management .Thus former situation that every specialty cooperated incompactly and the schedule moved slowly has improved.To sum up the theories of item management and the experiences of project management ,I have put forward some suggestions that adapt to the practises of contract of EEEP project for the companies which contract withsmall and middle projects . To adapt to the need of market economy ,making the items management moving in the state of high quality and high effect,and to increase the satisfaction of customs eventually ,they have certain use of referrences.
