测量系统分析在完善测量管理体系中的应用研究

【摘要】 测量系统分析MSA主要研究分析测量系统所带来的变异相对于过程总变异的大小,以判断过程的主要变异是源于过程本身还是测量系统,并根据过程的重要程度判定是否对测量系统进行改进。为了加强企业的计量基础工作,国家质量监督检验检疫总局发布了GB/T19022-2003(idt IS010012-2003)《测量管理体系测量过程和测量设备的要求》,并按照IS010012-2003的要求开展了测量管理体系认证工作。本文针对江苏通用钢球滚子有限公司测量管理体系中配备的重要测量设备和设计的关键测量过程,按照IS010012的要求进行测量设备的计量确认和测量过程的控制,并按照IS010012的要求进行了测量不确定度评定。同时利用均值极差控制图的方法进行测量系统的稳定性分析;采用显著性检验的方式进行偏倚分析;采用线性回归的方式进行线性分析;用方差分析法进行测量系统重复性和再现性分析,并对按照IS010012确认合格的测量过程进行了改进,从而阐述了测量系统分析在完善测量管理体系中的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Measurement system analysis( MSA) is mainly a kind of research of comparing the variation caused by measurement system with that of the whole process, based on which, we can identify whether the variation is mainly caused by process itself or measurement system and in view of how important the process is, make appropriate improvements on the measurement system.In order to reinforce the management of fundamental measurement, the National General Administration of Quality Supervision , Inspection and Quarantine released the GB/T 19022-2003(idt ISO10012-2003)《Measurement management system, the requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment》and according to this standard, carry out certification on measurement management system. With regard to important measuring equipment and key measurement processes of Jiangsu General Steel Ball Corporation, ltd, in this article, metrological confirmation is conducted on important measuring equipment and control of the measurement processes is realized according to the requirements of ISO 10012, in addition, uncertainties of measurement is estimated. Meanwhile, first of all, Xbar-R Diagram is introduced to analyze stability of measurement system,then significance test is used for Bias Analysis, after that,linear regression is applied for linear analysis,later on repeatability and reproducibility are anaylized by means of method of analysis of variance(ANOVA).Finally,improvement is made to measurement processes which has been already confirmed to conform to ISO 10012, consequently it is proved that MSA is playing a important role in measurement management system.更多还原
