常州公路运输有限公司薪酬管理研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国现代化建设与改革开放步伐的加快,公路运输进入了快速发展时期,特别是随着我国加入WTO,市场经济体制将更快地与国际接轨,公路运输市场也将有外资进入,公路运输将面临前所未有的压力和挑战,这必然促使公路运输企业要增强自身的竞争力,激发企业活力,提高企业效率。其中,有效的薪酬管理将对提高企业的竞争力有着不容忽视的作用。因此,对公路运输企业薪酬管理的研究,是对公路运输企业管理的深入探讨,是公路运输企业人力资源管理的一项非常重要的工作,是有着十分重要的现实意义的。本论文是以常州公路运输有限公司薪酬管理现状为例,着重介绍了公司近几年来薪酬管理现状,用管理学、经济学相关理论分析了现行薪酬体系的不完善,并结合该企业现状,以提高公司管理水平、吸引人才、形成核心竞争力为目的,构建了符合现代企业制度的薪酬管理制度。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with China’s modernization construction and the acceleration of the pace of reform and opening up, and road transport have entered a rapid development period, especially as China joins the WTO, market economic system will be faster on the international track road transport market will also have access to foreign capital, road transport will face unprecedented pressures and challenges, and this is bound to road transport enterprises should enhance their own competitiveness, stimulate the vitality of enterprises, and improve enterprise efficiency. The effective management of the salary will increase the competitiveness of the enterprises have a role should not be overlooked. Therefore, enterprises pay for road transport management research, road transport is the deepening of enterprise management, road transport enterprise human resources management a very important task, is a great practical significance.This paper is Changzhou Road Transport Management Limited pay status as an example, highlighting the company’s management in recent years pay status with management, economics related theories of the imperfections of the existing pay system, combined with the enterprise the status quo, to raise the level of corporate governance, attract talented people to form the core competitiveness for the purpose of building a modern enterprise system in line with the salary management system.
