基于BF561的光纤熔接系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 光纤是有线通信领域重要的传输媒质,具有传输频带宽、损耗低、容量大、无电磁干扰、原料丰富等优点。当光纤电缆发生损坏时要进行光纤的接续。现行主流的光纤接续法是熔接法。光纤熔接时要保证两段光芯的断面精确对齐,保证熔接后内部完全融合、密度一致,否则会在熔接处产生折射和反射,影响通信质量。本论文即讨论了一种基于Blackfin561的光纤熔接系统的设计与实现。本光纤熔接系统通过图像采集与处理,可以根据菜单设置,做到光纤的自动对心和自动熔接,并通过切换显示器输出画面,在垂直和水平两个方向观察光纤的实际对心和熔接情况。本文介绍了光纤熔接领域的发展概况,给出了本系统的硬件整体规划及模块设计方案,将整个熔接系统分为三大部分,分别是电源模块:负责电池和市电模式的切换;DSP处理模块:负责视频图像采集、数据处理以及视频字符叠加等核心算法功能的实现;输入输出接口模块:负责电机、键盘和高温源等控制。具体讨论了各模块的电路设计、多层电路板制作和硬件系统的调试。论述了光纤熔接过程中图像处理的方法和软件编程设计,并从理论上初步分析了系统的熔接精度。

【Abstract】 Fiber is one of the most important transmission medium in communication.It has many advantages such as wide transmission bandwidth,low loss, large capacity, no electromagnetic interference,abundant raw materials and so on.When the damage of fiber cables occurred,it is needed to be repaired.Nowdays the most used method is fiber fusion.It is necessary to ensure that two sections of the fiber are precisely aligned to ensure full integration and same density. Or else there will be refraction and reflection to reduce the communication quality. The Design and implementation of fiber fusion system based on Blackfin 561 is discussed in the paper.This system can automatically make the fiber fused according to the sampled images and the menu set.By switching output screen, the situation of the actual fusion can be observed in vertical and horizontal direction.The development of fiber fusion is introduced in the first.After that the design of the separate mold and the whole hardware are offered.The system is divided into three parts, the power mold, the DSP processing mold and I/O interface mold. The power mold is in charge ofthe switch of battery and 220V AC.The DSP mold is responsible for the video imagesampling,data processing,character overlaying and other realization of functions or corealgorithms.The I/O interface mold controls the keyboard,the motor,the heat sources and so on.Then the method of adjusting the electric circuit of the system in order to make the PCB is discussed.At last the hardware debugging method are presented, the software image processing methods are discussed and the preliminary system accuracy is analysed.
