X波段发射机的关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文研究的对象是X波段发射机中的发射天线和功率放大器,分别从理论和工程上对微带耦合缝隙天线阵和功率放大器进行了分析。采用HFSS、CST和ADS电磁仿真软件,对X波段的微带耦合缝隙天线阵和功率放大器的设计和性能进行了研究,具体工作如下:(1)分别应用HFSS和CST电磁仿真软件,仿真设计了微带耦合缝隙天线阵。在中心频率等于8.76GHz时,分析讨论了天线阵的各种性能,设计指标:电压驻波比VSWR<2、带宽≥200M、方向图符合指标要求。(2)应用ADS电磁仿真软件,仿真设计了三级功率放大器。在中心频率等于8.76GHz时,分析讨论了功率放大器的各种性能,设计指标:增益≥10dB、带宽≥200M,输出功率的1dB压缩点为33dBm,均满足设计指标。(3)最后,分别用AutoCAD和Protel制图软件制作了微带耦合缝隙天线阵和功率放大器的印刷电路板,通过对硬件电路的测试,性能满足系统的要求。

【Abstract】 The transmitter is an important part of Radar system, so its performance directly affects the Radar system’s work. This thesis is based on the research of the transmitter’s pivotal technology, including the design of microstrip-coupled slot antenna array and third-class power amplifier. Microstrip-coupled slot antenna array and power amplifier are analyzed by theory and engineering respectively. With the help of the simulation HFSS、CST and ADS software, microstrip-coupled slot antenna array and third-class power amplifier are designed and simulated in X wave band, the detailed work includes:(1)The microstrip-coupled slot antenna array is simulated and designed by the HFSS and CST software. It is analyzed in 8.76GHz which is its center frequency, including VSWR<2、band width≥200M、pattern meets condition.(2)With the ADS software, third-class power amplifier is simulated and designed. It is analyzed in 8.76GHz which is its center frequency, including Gain≥10dB、band width≥200M、1dB-power-compression point is 33dBm.(3)Finally, the microstrip-coupled slot antenna array and third-class power amplifier are made by AutoCAD and Protel soft. The test result shows that the components can meet the requirement of the transmitter system by circuit test.
