基于ARM的电动机综合保护装置设计

【摘要】 本文分析了国内外电动机保护的发展,针对当前电动机保护的现状,介绍了一种嵌入式综合电动机保护装置。该保护装置设计基于ARM嵌入式微处理器,相比于传统的保护装置具有体积小、功耗低、性能高、实时性好等优点,具有较强的实用价值。保护装置可以实时采集电动机的三相输入电压、电流信号,对采样数据进行保护算法计算,监视电动机的工作状态,一旦有故障发生,则进行相应保护动作,及时切断电动机电源。课题完成了基本的硬件系统设计和软件开发。硬件设计采用S3C2410作为处理器组成电动机综合保护装置,使用S3C2410自带的A/D转换器采集电动机的三相输入电流、电压信号,并通过键盘和LCD显示器完成人机交互。软件的开发分为开发环境的建立和应用软件设计两个部分。开发环境的建立包含ARM平台的BootLoader和嵌入式Linux的移植,交叉编译环境的建立;应用软件方面包含驱动程序,Qt界面程序,智能保护程序等几个部分。论文的最后对系统设计所完成的内容进行了总结,并提出了改进方法。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the situations of the motor protecting system home and abroad, aiming at today’s situation of motor protecting, this thesis shows an embedded motor protecting system. The system based on ARM microprocessor. Comparing to traditional protecting system, this scheme has the characteristics of small volume, low cost, high stability and etc, therefore, it has good applied and development outlook. t.This equipment is able to collect the signals of voltage, current, to make protection algorithm with the sample data, to monitor the motor status, to switch off the motor immediately once there’s any troubles. The thesis completed both hardware design and software development.Hardware aspect, by using S3C2410 as its CPU ,the motor protecting system use the A/D converter of S3C2410 to acquire the input three-phase alternating current and voltage of motor. The human-computer interaction is realized by 4*4 keyboard and LCD screen.The thesis divides software aspect into two parts: build developing environment and develop applied software. Developing environment includes the replant of BootLoader and embedded Linux to ARM platform, the building of cross compile environment.Applied software includes drivers,Qt interface program and intelligentialized protecting program.At the end, the thesis summarized the completed works, and gives the method of further improves.
