引信安全逻辑控制电路设计和算法研究

【摘要】 本文设计了微机电引信安全系统的安全逻辑控制电路,采用硬件控制器CPLD和软件控制器ARM相结合进行状态控制,对环境信息识别算法进行了研究,提高了引信的安全性和可靠性。引信安全逻辑控制电路将采集到的环境信息分两路进行处理:一路送入CPLD芯片进行以硬件为主的处理,另一路送入ARM芯片进行以软件为主的处理。然后将软硬件的处理结果相结合得到每个环境激励对应的解除保险控制信号,并对两个解除保险控制信号进行时序判断,满足时序要求时发出最终解除保险信号,控制引信解除保险。本文首先分析了引信的环境信息,研究了国内外微控制器在引信中的应用,提出了设计方案。引信安全逻辑控制电路包括电源电路、信号调理电路、A/D转换电路、系统时钟电路、CPLD控制电路以及ARM控制电路、复位电路和串口通讯电路。系统采用Altera公司的复杂可编程逻辑器件CPLD实现了A/D芯片的控制时序逻辑、供调试用的DEBUG逻辑、算法逻辑以及与ARM芯片的通信逻辑;通过Philips公司的ARM7芯片实现了数据的存储,信号算法以及与PC机的串口通信。通过实验验证了系统的可行性和稳定性。

【Abstract】 The Safety Logic Control Circuit of MEMS Fuze is designed in this thesis. The state is controlled by the hardware controller CPLD and the software controller ARM. The algorithm of environment information identify is analysed, which improves security and reliability of Fuze.Two environment informations acquired can be processed in two ways by hardware controller CPLD and software controlled ARM. Then the first arming control signal is the first environment information’s and the second arming control signal is the second environment information’s.The two arming control signal can be obtained by the CPLD and ARM processed result. The final arming control signal can be send when the two arming control signals’ time sequence satisfies the request. The fuze can be armed the moment the final arming control signal is detected.This thesis first analyse Environment information and research the domestic and foreign application of microprocessor in the fuze, propose the scheme of The Safety Logic Control Circuit of MEMS Fuze which consists of the power circuit, signal conditioning circuit, AD transforming circuit, system clock circuit, control circuit based on CPLD and ARM, reset circuit, the Serial Communication Circuit. The core components of the system are composed of CPLD and ARM. The implementation of the A/D control logic, DEBUG logic, algorithm logic, communication logic to ARM is based on CPLD; Data Storage, algorithm and serial communication with PC are implemented by ARM. The feasibility and stability of system has been proved by the experiment.
