CG项目中进度优化算法的研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机图形和图像技术的发展,使用计算机进行图形图像处理和逼真动画的制作越来越多。三维CG(Computer Graphics,电脑图形图像,简称CG)动画制作与开发就是借助当今高速发展的先进的计算机技术来完成电影艺术制作的一个典范。鉴于现在我国还没有成熟的针对CG项目的管理软件,开发CG项目管理软件具有很大的商业价值,而进度控制、进度优化是项目管理中一个重要组成部分。本文在对项目管理技术进行深入研究的基础上,完成了以下工作:1.研究进度控制调整的方法。项目管理者及时收集与跟踪当前项目的实际进度信息,将计划进度与实际进度进行比较,找出偏差,判断此偏差对项目进度的影响,并根据其影响对进度计划做相应的调整和优化。2.在研究了网络计划技术和CG项目制作特点的基础上,对网络图的相关计算方法进行了讨论,根据当前任务的执行情况建立了系统的网络图。3.对项目进度的优化与调整算法进行了研究。利用网络计划的传统优化算法实现项目未完成任务的工期—费用优化;在深入研究了工期—资源的平衡优化后,利用免疫遗传算法和启发式算法实现了工期最短与资源均衡的双重优化,并对这两个算法作出比较。4.提出了成本、工期与资源的综合优化模型。最后将各种优化算法运用到CG项目中,为决策者提供进度控制的依据。

【Abstract】 In recent years, computers are more and more frequently used to deal with graphs and make vivid animations as CG (Computer Graphics) technology develops. The 3D CG animation is one model of movie art making with the aid of fast developing and advanced computer technology. Because there is no mature management software which is used in CG project, developing CG porject management software has much commercial value. Schedule controling and optimization is an important part of project management.This paper completes the following tasks on the foundation of a deepgoing research in porject management:1. It studys the mehod of schedule controling and adjustment. Poject leaders collect and follow factual schedule information in time, compare factual schedule with planed schedule and compute the deviation. Then they judge the impact on the project schedule and optimize the planed schedule accordingly.2. It discusses the computing method about net chart and constructs systemic net chart according to the accomplished state of the tasks after studying the net plan technic and CG poject characteristic.3. It researches the optimization algorithm of project scheduling. At first, it realizes the time-cost optimization by the traditional optimization algorithm of net plan; then, it utilizes heuristic algorithm and immune genetic algorithm (IGA) to achieve the double optimized object which are the shortest time and resource equilibrium after studying the time-resource optimization and compares one algorithm to the other.4. It proposed a integrated model which optimizes cost, time and resource in the same process.At last, this paper applys all the optimization algorithms to the CG project and provides decision-makers the basis of schedule controling.
