德州游乐园发展战略研究

【摘要】 德州游乐园是德州团市委下属的一所市场化经营管理的集休闲娱乐、科普实践、教育培训、素质拓展、会务展览“五位一体”的青少年校外活动基地。本文在借鉴国内青少年活动阵地和其它游乐园发展经验的基础上,综合分析了德州游乐园的内部和外部环境,并利用SWOT分析工具对德州游乐园的优势、劣势、机会、威胁作全面评估,提出德州游乐园要实现可持续成长应该采用相关多元的发展战略并以集中的成本领先战略为主的竞争战略。同时,还从资源的配置、组织结构的调整、企业文化的管理等方面对战略的实施提供了一些可行的建议,以保证竞争战略的顺利实施。本文以德州游乐园持续性成长为主题,在实例论证中分析了德州游乐园持续性成长的战略定位,阐明了在当前的国情和市情下,德州游乐园要保持可持续竞争优势,必须做到经济效益与社会效益并举,要立足长远、统筹规划,要开拓发展、推陈出新,逐步适应市场需求,依靠市场达到可持续成长。

【Abstract】 Dezhou Amusement Park is a young people extracurricular mobile base and one of Dezhou group municipal party committee subordinate’s market management. It assembles leisure entertainment , science practice , education training , quality development and conference affair display.According to drawing lessons form development experience of domestic young people mobile base foundation and other amusement parks,this paper generally analyzes Dezhou amusement park’s interior and external environment,and uses SWOT analysis tool to evaluate its strengths, its weakness,its opportunities and its threat.Also my paper proposes that to realize the sustainable growth Dezhou amusement park should use many Yuan developmental strategy and the strategic primarily competition strategy. At the same time,from the resources disposition,the organizational structure adjustment,the enterprise culture management,the paper has provided some feasible suggestions for strategic implementation to guarantee smooth implementation of the competition strategy.Taking Dezhou amusement park’s endurance grows as the subject,This paper has analyzed the strategic localization of its endurance grows in the example and expounded that under the current national condition and the market conditions, to maintain the sustainable competitive advantage,DeZhou amusement park must achieve the economic efficiency and the social efficiency develops simultaneously.
