智能家居系统设计与防雷保护研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的迅猛发展,计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术等各个方面都取得了惊人的成就,人类开始进入数字、网络时代,各种各样的智能化产品开始出现在人们的日常生活中。伴随这个历史大趋势,智能家居近几年迅速崛起,引起人们对家居概念的一个革命性的变化。智能家居系统是一个庞大的系统工程,涉及到计算机技术、网络通信技术、微电子技术、现场总线技术、综合布线等等多种前沿技术,本文以智能家居为研究对象,以电气、控制、信息等相关理论为基础,研究了基于CAN总线技术的智能家居系统的设计与开发,采用SJA1000与AT89S52组成的系统,实现了数据采集、数据处理和控制执行器,并验证了CAN总线在智能家居领域应用的可行性。雷击是本系统潜在的一个重大隐患,因此在弱电系统基础上研究了对CAN总线弱电系统的防雷保护,设计了防雷保护措施,使得系统更加安全。首先分析了智能家居的国内外研究现状,对智能家居的概念、基本功能做了系统的分析,在此基础上提出了本智能家居系统的设计模型;详细分析对比了智能家居行业的各种主流总线协议的优缺点,并选择了CAN总线技术。其次,分析了CAN现场总线的基本概念、架构与CANopen协议的基本架构,并对CAN总线控制芯片SJA1000的结构、功能和参数分配做了详细研究。最后,基于AT89S52、SJA1000完成了收发器的智能节点和控制器的硬件和软件设计。智能节点通过与三表系统和报警系统连接,实现了数据的采集,控制器实现了传输数据和控制的功能,实现了本设计的目标。针对一般电子设备集成度高、工作电压低特点,本文研究分析了雷电的参数,提出了防雷保护的方案,使所设计的系统具有较高的可靠性能。CAN总线技术具有多项技术优势,应用比较简单,开发费用远低于其他总线,因此本文设计的智能家居系统具有开发性价比高等特点。我国中低收入水平者居多,消费者群体巨大,因此本系统有着非常广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of science and technology, computer technology, communications technology, control technology, and other technologies have scored amazing achievements. Network Age and Digital Age come. All kinds of intelligent products begin to emerge in people’s daily life. With this major historical trend,Smart Home rises rapidly in recent years,and cause a revolutionary change about Smart Home.Smart Home is a huge project.It relates to computer technology,network communication technology, microelectronic technology,fieldbus technology,integrated wiring technology and some other frontier technology.This paper takes Smart Home system as its research object.On the basis of electric,control, information, and other relevant theory,it mainly introduces the researchs and designment of Smart Home system based on CAN field bus.The system ,based on SJA1000 and AT89S52,have following functions such as collecting and processing data,controlling executer and so on.And the feasibility of CAN fieldbus technology’s using in Smart Home is verified.Lighting is a potential hidden trouble in this system.So, this paper researchs the strategies on anti-lighting of CANbus based on the low-voltage electronic systems, making the system hign quality of safety.Firstly, the background, significance and condition of study at home and abroad are given.This paper analyze the concept and the basic function of Smart Home.On this basis, the design model is stated ,and the advantage and disadvantage of the mainstream Bus Protool used in Smart Home are analyzed and contrasted,and CAN fieldbus is selected. Secondly, the concept,the character and the frame of CAN fieldbus and the frame of CANopen are given.Moreover,it introduces CAN fieldbus control chip-SJA1000 including its functions,structure ,parameter assignment. Finally, based on AT89S52 and SJA1000,the paper describes the design of software and hardware of smart node and controller. By connecting with three meter systems and alarming systems, Smart Nodes achieved a data acquisition and the controller achieved data transmission and control function.And, the design achieved the goal.There are some disadvantages in electronic devices,for example:hign compact integration,low operating voltage.This paper analyzes the parameters of lighting and designs the protection means,making the whole system more safe.CAN fieldbus has lots of technical advantages , relatively simple application and lower development costs compared with other bus.So, the cost-effective development of the Smart Home system designed in this paper is high. The people with low income are majority in china and consumer groups is huge,so this system has a very broad application prospects.
