【摘要】 随着我国加入世界贸易组织和经济全球化的发展,中国的制造业企业面临更加激烈的市场竞争。推进信息技术的全面应用,加强企业资源的整合与管理,已经成为制造业企业生存和发展的必由之路。然而在我国,中小制造企业是制造业的主体,其数量众多、管理模式灵活多变,在进行信息化建设方面也存在着许多与大型企业不同的特点和问题。本文主要研究ERP技术在中小制造企业的应用问题。本文实现了对符合我国中小制造企业要求与特点的ERP系统分析设计。通过全面研究ERP的基本原理、ERP技术国内外发展及应用现状,并结合中小制造企业特点、信息化过程中存在的问题,对面向中小制造企业ERP系统实现关键技术进行了研究。在分析现行ERP系统的功能与中小制造企业需求之间的缺口的基础上,提出了符合我国中小制造企业要求的ERP系统的总体框架、功能模块及各模块问数据集成模型,并在此基础上对中小制造企业ERP系统进行开发及实证研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the entry of WTO and the development of economic globalization, China’s manufacturing enterprises have been facing with more violent market competition. Therefore,it is inevitable for them to integrate and well manage all the enterprise resources and to push their informationization further. However, Small Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprises(SMME) is the major part of China’s manufacturing enterprises. They are more in number and the management modes of them always vary more widely and flexibly. All the traits make it more different and more difficult to implement the informationization of SMME than large scaled enterprises. The implementation of ERP technology in SMMEs is the chief content of this paper.In this paper, the design and development of ERP system of SMME have been implemented. Considering the characteristics of SMME and the problems of formationization in SMME, the technique of ERP must be implemented through the study of the situation of the inner and outer world, and the primary principles. On the analysis of the differences between the present ERP system and the needs of SMME, the whole frame work of ERP system which most SMME prefer, has been presented in this dissertation, as well as the function modules and the model of data integration between modules. And based on this, develop the ERP system of SMME and study the case.更多还原
