励磁系统实时数据记录及参数显示模块的研究和开发

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、自动化技术的不断发展和CAN总线等现场总线技术的日益完善,励磁控制系统逐步向分布式现场总线方向发展。本文的研究对象是励磁控制系统中的实时数据记录及参数显示模块,是励磁控制系统体现控制分散、信息集中的关键环节,是现场与中控室连接的桥梁。本设计选用Freescale的HCS12X系列16位微控制器为核心进行产品设计,完成现场数据的显示、便捷的参数修改以及故障录波。通过高速率、低误码率的CAN总线将现场数据传输到MCU,经MCU处理判断后,或是显示于LCD上,或是存储并通知上位机;通过设计的8个按键和友好的人机界面,用户可以随时修改系统参数,实现便捷的现场控制;采用铁电存储器、磁电阻随机存储器扩展了系统的存储容量,使故障录波得以实现;应用RTC和PIT,一起完成了毫秒级的计时,完善了录波功能。本文已经完成了硬件电路的设计和调试。使用Metrowerks公司开发的软件集成开发环境CodeWarriorIDE和P&E’s USB HCS08/HCS12 MULTILINK硬件调试工具,完成了大部分的软件编写和调试,验证了本设计的可行性,为产品的进一步开发打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 With the perfecting of fieldbus technology and the rapid development of computer andautomatics,the control of excitation system has a trend of distributed fieldbus.The module of realtime datas record and parameter display on the control of excitation system is the research objectof the article.It is the keywoad link of distributed control and concentrated information,and is thebridge between scene and master-control room.16-bit MCU HCS12X of Freescale Company is adopted as the core of unit.It has thefunctions of display of scene datas,convenient parameter modify and the wave record offailing.Through the CAN bus which has the character of the high rate and low errer rate,the scenedatas have transmitted into the MCU.Then by the judgment and process of MCU, the scene dataseither display on the LCD,or store and infor to the PC.Users can modify parameter at any timewith the eight keypresses and friendly HMI.The using of FRAM and MRAM enlarge the capacityof the system,and make the record wave of faiking success.Applying of the RTC and PITmodules which have the fuction of millisecond time perfect the wave record of faiking.With the help of the CodeWarriorIDE of Metrowerks Company and P&E’s USBHCS08/HCS12 MULTILIN,we have completed the most software compile and debug after thecompletion of hardware design and debug.All these validate the whole design’s feasibility andlay the foundation for further product’s design.
