基于微机开关电源的无源软开关技术的研究

【摘要】 电源是计算机主机配件的动力源泉。随着科技日新月异地飞速发展,计算机也在不断的更新换代,计算机对电源的要求也越来越高,需要电源不断小型化、轻型化,以满足微处理器尺寸不断减小的需要。为达到这一目的,必须提高微机开关电源的工作频率,而软开关技术正是使功率变换器得以高频化的重要技术之一。不对称半桥变换器是微机开关电源的关键部分,该部分是夺回电源效率的主战场,也是实现软开关技术的地方,因此本文的目的就是采用简单、高效的无源软开关技术对传统不对称半桥变换器进行进一步的优化改进。本文首先具体分析了传统不对称半桥变换器的软开关过程,并且找出了其不足之处,然后在此基础上,结合无源软开关技术的理论进行了具体的改进,最后通过电路仿真软件仿真初步验证了改进电路的方法的正确性。本文最后还设计了变换器的PWM控制电路与驱动电路,为进一步完善变换器的设计与试验做好了准备。通过本文研究证明,在现有的微机开关电源中引入无源软开关技术不仅可以达到高频化的效果,还能提高工作效率,达到节能的目的。

【Abstract】 Power supply is the drive of computer. As the fast develop of the computer science, it demands that the power supply become smaller and lighter . In order to do this , the frequency must be improved, so it is right to use the soft-switching technology. The asymmetrical half bridge converter is the critical part of computer switching power supply, it is the place where to bring in the passive soft-switching technology, so the aim of this paper is to bring the simple and effective passive soft-switching technology into the model and improve it.This paper first present a study of the soft-switching process of the asymmetrical half bridge converter, and then made some improvements based on the passive soft-switching technology, at last test the method with the simulation software, and the result is tested right. In the end a motive circuit and a control circuit are designed , they are for the preparation of the deep improvement and the experiment.It proved that to introduce the passive soft-switching technology into the computer switching power supply is an effective way to higher the frequency, and improve the working efficiency.
