公路沥青混凝土路面压实控制及影响因素研究

【摘要】 在我国,公路沥青混凝土路面的早期破坏普遍存在,其主要原因就是压实不足。而优化沥青混凝土配合比设计、改善施工工艺及施工机械设备组合以保证混合料的充分压实则是提高和保证沥青混合料路面建设质量的关键。本文通过对不同沥青路面建筑材料的性能研究,依靠实验的方法,总结沥青混凝土配合比确定与优化对压实效果的影响、不同压实机具类型对压实效果的影响、碾压条件对压实效果的影响等相关因素,介绍路面压实的过程控制及控制方法,为路面沥青混合料的配合比设计及优化提供依据,为碾压工艺提供参考,更好的控制好路面碾压这一重要施工工序,进一步提高压实质量。通过数据整理和研究成果的初步成型,使公路建设者能比较全面的了解影响公路沥青路面压实的相关因素,有针对性的加强路面压实质量过程控制,确保路面使用性能和延长使用寿命。

【Abstract】 In China, road asphalt concrete pavement in the early widespread damage, the main cause is inadequate compaction. Optimized asphalt concrete mix design, construction technology and the improvement of construction machinery equipment portfolio to ensure that the mixture is fully compacted raise asphalt mixture and guarantee the quality of key road construction. Based on the different properties of asphalt pavement construction materials research, rely on the experimental method, sum up Mix Asphalt Concrete determine compaction and optimization of the effect of different types of compaction equipment on the effects of compaction, RCC conditions on the effects of compaction, and other relevant factors, the compaction on the road process control and the control method for the road with asphalt mixture design and optimization to provide basis for the RCC to provide information technology, good roads and better control of this important RCC construction processes, and further enhance the quality of compaction.Through data collation and the preliminary research results molding so that the highway builders can more fully understand the effects of compaction of asphalt pavement of Highway relevant factors, targeted to strengthen the quality of the road compaction process control to ensure that the pavement performance and life.
