沥青路面冷再生工艺技术的研究

【摘要】 随着人们对环保、社会效益的关注及技术的进步,沥青路面再生利用技术愈来愈受到人们的关注,近年来,我国沥青路面维修养护量不断增加,高速公路的改建工程也不断增加,对沥青路面旧料实用再生技术进行深入系统的研究就尤为必要。山西省108国道繁峙-原平段二级公路改建工程沥青路面就地冷再生工艺的应用,在我省内尚属首例,取得了成功的经验,满意的社会效益和经济效益。运城至风陵渡高速公路改建工程在我省也率先将冷再生技术应用于高速公路的改建工程中,缩短了工期,节约了成本,对高速公路的交通影响减到最小,对保证高速公路的畅通具有重要的政治经济意义。本文通过对山西省公路沥青路面冷再生技术的应用研究,总结了沥青路面冷再生工艺的施工机械、施工工艺、施工质量控制。阐述了沥青路面就地冷再生工艺具有施工简便快速、充分利用旧路面层材料、保护环境、质量可靠、路面标高提高少、不中断交通施工、经济效益好等优点,旨在在我国的公路改扩建及养护维修工程中应用冷再生技术起到参考和推动作用。

【Abstract】 Along with the people’sconcern on environment protection and the development of thetechnology, asphalt pavement regeneration application technology has been paid more andmore attention. In the recent years, the quantity of asphalt pavement maintenance and repair inChina has gradually increased. The reconstruction of highway has also increased. It becomesseriously important to deepen systematic research about the reutilization technology of theexisting materials of asphalt pavement.Asphalt pavement cold reutilization workmanship had been applied for the National No.108 Trunk Road Fanshi-Yuanping Class II Road Reconstruction Works in Shanxi province. It isthe first case in this province. It had brought about the successful experience, satisfactory socialand economical benefits. The cold reutilization technology had also been applied for theYuncheng-Fenglindu Expressway Reconstruction Works in the Province. It shortenedconstruction time and saved cost. It had minimized affect on the expressway traffic. It is greatlyeconomical and political significant to assure that the expresswayis free open to traffic.This essay, through research about the asphalt pavement coal reutilization technologyapplication in the Shanxi province, summaries construction machinery, constructionworkmanship, construction quality control of the asphalt pavement coal reutilizationworkmanship. It highlights that the asphalt pavement in-situ cold reutilization workmanship hasmany advantages such as simple and fast construction, the best use of existing pavementmaterials, environment protection, reliable quality, very little rise of the original pavement,unnecessary for closure of highway traffic, good economical benefits, etc. The purpose is toprovide reference for cold reutilization technology application and push it forward in the roadreconstruction project and road maintenance and repair works.
