PI实时数据库在发电企业信息化中的应用

【摘要】 随着信息化发展,发电企业普遍积极引入了计算机管理系统,并开发了相应的信息管理系统,在各部门用计算机进行管理,旨在利用信息处理的优势,在公司管理和设备管理上解决热电厂全方位管理方案。但是在解决设备管理的问题中,由于存在各设备间数据相互沟通不及时,各设备之间的信息互享存在一定的标准差导,无法真正做到及时、全面的设备信息管理。而引入PI(Plant Information)实时数据库通过搭建一个企业级数据平台,实现管理控制一体化,可很好解决信息化存在的主要问题,从而为发电企业信息化建设提供指导意义。 PI实时数据库是真正的时间序列数据库,具有强大的数据收集和管理功能,该平台是企业级数据平台,以数据原型存储,具有良好的开放性以及多样化成熟接口,能很好实现企业管理和设备控制一体化,完美地解决了公司信息处理中存在的不足,弥补了公司管理上的空缺。 本文首先对PI实时数据库的原理、功能和特征进行了讨论,在此基础上,结合杭州萧山经济技术开发区热电有限公司的实际应用背景,采用了OSI标准PI接口、OSI标准OPC接口和定制接口三种方法实现数据采集和统一接口的目标,并对企业中诸如:工艺流程组态的系统图、报表应用、主要技术经济指标计算、报警管理等多个企业实际需要解决的问题进行了解决。然后本文介绍了PI实时数据库在企业中应用效果。最后介绍了本系统取得的成果以及PI实时数据库所存在的不足。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of informatization, power enterprises applied management information system and developed overall information management systems which can control all plant lifecycle in order to use the advantage of information process to solve overall management for plant management and devices management. When it deals the devices management, some problems were found such as no real-time data communication between devices, the difference data standard for each devices and so on. By building a real-time performance management platform, the management and controlling of an enterprise will be unified. The existing problem of information bottleneck will be solved. Hence it is vital importance for the information construction of power enterprises.PI real-time database is a real-time series database, has the function of data collection and management. It has many advantages such as enterprise level data platform, prototype store data, fine opening to the outside world and diversify the mature interface and so on. So it can realize plant management and device control unifying and improve the plant management.Firstly, this paper discusses the principle, functions and characteristics of the plant information system. Then integrating the really apply problem of Xiaoshan Economic & Technological Development Zone Thermoelectricity co., Ltd, it using OSI standard interface for PI, OSI standard interface for OPC and customized interface these three methods realize the goal of data gathering and unification interface. After this, it introduces that how to resolve the real problems in the plant, such as providing chart of the flow of arts and crafts, the application of reports, the calculation of main economic guidelines, the alarm management, the on-line analysis of the wearing down features of the equipment, and the controllable loss, working conditions, the optimizing guiding of the equipment and etc. Then it introduces the application effect of PI real-time database in the plant. At last, it introduces some achievements of using the PI real-time database system in the plant and some disadvantages of the PI real-time database are also discussed.
