【摘要】 GIS作为一种重要的信息系统,不仅仅是重要的空间信息的载体,更提供了强有力的信息分析手段。然而传统的GIS只能被少数受过专门训练的专业人员所掌握和运用。随着Internet技术的不断发展和人们对地理信息系统(GIS)的需求,利用Internet在Web上发布和出版空间数据,为用户提供空间数据浏览、查询和分析的功能,已经成为GIS发展的必然趋势,WebGIS也就应运而生。WebGIS是GIS与www的有机结合,GIS通过www功能得到了扩展,从www的任意一个节点,人们可以浏览和获取Web上的各种地理空间数据及属性数据、以及进行地理空间分析,人们所能获取和利用的地理信息大大地增加,这必将促进地理信息迅猛发展和普及。本文在分析和比较现有WebGIS技术的基础上,提出了一种基于Intranet的WebGIS系统方案,并基于MapObjects IMS互联网地理信息平台,开发出具有B/S结构的电力WebGIS系统,客户端使用Java Applet,并采用了双缓冲技术和JDBC等技术。该系统已用来开发浙江省桐乡市供电局的WebGIS应用系统,并取得了令人满意的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an Important Information System, GIS is not only an important carrier for spatialinformation, but also provides a strong approach to analyses such information.However traditional GIS is mainly used by special persons. Along with developmentof Internet technical and requirement of GIS, the function of issue spatial data on Webby Internet and provide the capability of browse, inquire, analyses it has became thenecessity, and WebGIS emerge as the times require.WebGIS is integrated with GIS and www. From any node of www, we can browseand obtain any kinds of spatial data or attribute data from web, and can analyses baseon it. The enlarge of geography information we can get will boost GIS.This article put forward a WebGIS scheme based on the Intranet. We exploder thisWebGIS system having a B/S structure based on MapObjects Internet Map Serverof Esri.In it Java Applet is used for client and the JDBCAnd so on.It has been running on Tongxiang power supplier of Zhejiang province andthe result is satisfied.更多还原
