大学生网络使用状况、网络成瘾及其与人格特征的关系研究

【摘要】 近年来,网络技术飞速发展,网络的应用已经渗透到社会的各个领域。网络使用方面的心理学研究因此也成为国外近年来心理学研究的热点问题之一。许多相关研究指出,网络成瘾将给网络用户造成工作、学习、家庭上一系列消极影响。作为网络使用主体的大学生,他们的网络使用行为及网络成瘾状况引人关注。这对心理学工作者提出了新的研究课题,即如何帮助网络用户,特别是青年用户培养健康的网络使用行为,使网络成为促进个体成长和发展和谐健康社会关系的工具。本文采用大学生网络使用状况调查问卷、网络成瘾问卷、内在—外在心理控制源量表、UCLA孤独感量表,通过对618名大学调查研究,获得以下结论:(1)大学生平均网龄在3年左右,每周上网时间偏多;上网主要目的是网络聊天、信息查询和游戏娱乐;在网络使用上存在着性别、生源地、专业和年级之间的差异;(2)存在一定比例的重度网络成瘾和网络成瘾倾向者;成瘾者存在着性别和独生与否的差异。男生较女生更容易网络成瘾,独生大学生较非独生大学生更容易网络成瘾;(3)IAD组和非IAD组在网络行为和网络内容上都存在显著差异。网络游戏成瘾、网络色情成瘾、网络交际成瘾是大学生网络成瘾的主要表现形式;(4)孤独感、心理控制源与网络成瘾之间存在着广泛的相关。在研究结论的基础上,提出预防和矫治网络成瘾需要从个人、家庭、学校以及社会四个方面着手来进行。

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of Internet technology, the application of Internet has spreaded to all aspects of society. The psychological research of application of Internet has also become one of the emphasis of psychology academy abroad. Many relative research has revealed the Internet Addiction Disorder has caused series of negativeness to Internet users’ work, study and social relationships. As the main body of net users, university and college students’ surfing activities and Internet Addiction calls for much attention, which poses new topic for psychological researchers. That is, how to help Internet users, especially youth users to cultivate healthy Internet usage behavior, thus make Internet a tool for promoting the growth and development of individual and harmonious society.This article used university students Internet usage questionnaire survey, Internet addiction questionnaire survey, internal-external psychology control sources scales, UCLA loneliness scales. After the survey of 618 university students, we have conclusion as following:(1) The average duration of Internet usage of university students is 3 years. Occupation time in the week turns to be much. The main activities are net chatting, information browsing and games or killing time. There are differences between genders, birth places, majors and grades. (2) There are certain ratio of heavy Internet addictions or tendencies. Among addictive users there are differences between genders and single children or non-single-children. Males and single-child students have stronger tendency toward addiction than females and non-single- children. (3 )Obvious differences can be seen inonline act and surfing material between IAD group and non-IAD group. University student Internet Addiction usually appears as online game addiction, online pornography addiction and online communication addiction. (4) There are extensive mutual relationships between loneliness,psychology control sources and Internet addiction.Based on the research conclusion, precaution and correction of Internet addiction shall be approached from the 4 aspects of individual, family, university and society.
