城市湿地公园可持续性景观评价研究

【摘要】 城市湿地公园作为有效保护和合理利用城市湿地的有效方式,近年来在国内蓬勃发展,已取得巨大的环境、社会与经济效益。然而,作为城市生态系统的重要组成部分,城市湿地公园面临城市化发展的巨大压力,景观结构破坏,生态系统退化,功能衰退,从而降低了湿地对城市社会经济的可持续发展支持能力。本文运用景观生态学、可持续发展等相关的理论和方法,从湿地公园尺度和城市区域尺度对城市湿地公园的可持续性开展评价研究,旨在指导城市湿地公园规划建设和科学管理,发挥和实现城市湿地应有的功能和价值。得出的基本结论是:(1)城市湿地公园可持续性既依赖于其本身的景观结构和功能特征,又依赖于城市的生态和社会经济发展;前者是维持其可持续发展的基础和核心,后者是胁迫和支撑。(2)从城市湿地公园和城市区域两种景观尺度,构建了基于生态环境、社会经济和功能三个方面的城市湿地公园可持续性景观生态评价指标体系框架,系统地对城市湿地公园可持续性开展景观生态评价研究。(3)西溪湿地公园景观结构总体上表现为自然湿地为主(其面积占53.6%),人工湿地为辅(其面积占39.9%)的基本特征;其景观多样性较高,优势度明显。(4)西溪湿地公园的景观功能表现为生物多样性较高,生态功能显著。(5)西溪湿地公园可持续性景观生态评价结果表明,该公园具有良好的生态、社会经济效益和功能;城市生态环境和社会经济发展对公园具有较好的支撑作用:其总体评价等级为良好等级:(6)西溪湿地公园可持续性发展的主要制约因素表现为旅游和水污染问题。适当控制旅游超载率,维持良好水质环境是湿地公园管理的主要目标。

【Abstract】 City wetland parks , an efficient approach of appropriately protecting and utilizing the city parks, have been developing greatly both at home and abroad in recent years and achieved significant environmental ,social and economic benefits. However, as an important consisting part of city ecosystem, city wetland parks face huge pressures from the process of urbanization, such as the fragmentation of landscape structure ,the degradation of ecological function, all this leads to the declining of wetland’s supporting ability to the sustainable development of city’s social economy.Theories and methods of landscape ecology and sustainable development were applied to carry out evaluation of the sustainability of city wetland parks from both scales of wetland parks and urban areas aimed to guide the scientific planning & management of city wetland parks, so as to promote city wetlands perform its original function .Conclusions were drawn as follows:(1) The sustainability of city wetland parks depends on the following two factors:i. core and foundation : the function and structure of city wetland landscape itself.ii. support and stress: the development of city ecosystem and social economy.(2) Based on the analysis of ecological environment, social economy and function, a framework of ecological evaluation index system for city wetland parks’ sustainability was put forward to carry out systematic research.(3) XiXi wetland park , with high ecological diversity and distinguished dominance ,consists of two major parts: natural wetland which accounts for 53.6% of the total area and artificial wetland which accounts for 39.9%(4) the landscape function of XiXi wetland park lies in its high biodiversity and distinguished ecological function(5) XIXI wetland park has well-formed ecosystem ,social economic benefits and function; as well as considerable supporting effect from the development of city’s ecological environment and social economy. The evaluation grade for it is "good".(6) The major restricting factors of the sustainable development of XiXi wetland park are touring and water pollution, and the park management is aimed at controlling the touring burden and maintaining a good water quality.
