体制困境中的突围

【摘要】 中国动画产业的发展现状呈现出一个悖论,即在市场需求不断扩大以及国家政策大力推动的背景下,民族动画产业却没有得到相应的快速发展。中国动画产业面临的最突出的现实问题就是海外动画产品的强烈冲击,这种冲击的背景即一个已经开放并需求旺盛的国内市场与国内动画产品不能满足这种需求之间的矛盾。而海外动画产品对国内动画产业的冲击,主要而言是日本。其客观原因是国产动画片与海外动画片竞争起点不同;主观原因则是中国动画产业发展的“先天不足、后天失调”。中国动画在市场经济中的遭遇其实质是在面临新的环境时,旧的产业体制尚未打破,新的产业体制也未建立。体制问题是一切问题的根源,是制约中国动画发展的根本原因,体制不变,动画的根本出路不会变。体制不变,动画在产业化的道路上不会前进。体制的革新归根结底是为了动画的产业化而服务的。本章的主要创新在于以动画产业发展规律的视角研读中国动画发展中的现实困境。本章力求将中国动画产业与其他国家动画产业进行比较,在时间的纵向与现状横向两个方面审视中国动画产业的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 A paradox is present in Chinese native cartoon industry. It is that with the continuously increasing market requirement and the tremendous impulse from government policies, Chinese native cartoon industry doesn’t receive corresponding rapid development. The most highlighted impact on Chinese native cartoon industry is from oversea cartoon products. The background of such impact is the conflict between an opened and hungered market and the fact that in the mean while the Chinese native cartoon products cannot meet the demands. The impact of oversea cartoon products is mostly from Japan. The different start-point of the competition between oversea cartoon products and the native cartoon products is the objective cause. The subjective cause is the ’inborn shortness’ and ’postnatal malajustment’ of Chinese cartoon industry. The substance of what Chinese native cartoon industry suffered in market economy is that when Chinese cartoon industry is facing the brand new environment, old system has not been abolished while new organization has not been built. The system issue is the root cause of restricting Chinese native cartoon industry development. If the system itself is not innovated, the outlet for Chinese native cartoon industry is not going to change, thus it will be no further progress during industrialization of Chinese native cartoon industry. In a word, the innovation of the system is for the industrialization of Chinese native cartoon industry.The innovation of this paper is that interpreting the practical difficulties in the development of Chinese native cartoon industry from the aspect of the development rule of cartoon industry. This paper is trying to compare the Chinese native cartoon industry with other countries’ cartoon industry, analysis the development of Chinese cartoon industry from two aspects of vertically along the time and horizontally across the current situation.更多还原
