金寨县农村中学体育现状调查研究

【摘要】 作者运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等,对安徽省金寨县37所农村中学学校体育现状进行调查研究,得出以下主要结论:1.金寨县农村中学的体育教师队伍中中年和青年教师居多;性别结构不合理,女教师占的比例较少;本、专科学历近达90%,但其中存在一些兼职教师;职称结构较合理,以中教一级和中教二级为主,为数较少的高级职称多在完全中学;科研能力差;体育教师社会地位低、福利待遇差、工作量大,职业稳定状况差。2.金寨县农村中学体育经费严重不足:体育活动场地情况不乐观;体育器材陈旧,量少质差;均不能满足学校体育发展的需要。3.金寨县农村中学体育正常开课率为100%,但开课量却不足;规范化教学水平低,体育教学要达到《体育与健康课程标准》(以后简称《课标》)的要求还存在很大困难。4.金寨县农村中学“两操”作为课外活动的主要内容,已基本形成制度;课余课外体育活动、运动训练及竞赛开展情况不好。并针对其存在的主要问题提出建议:抓住机遇,加强领导,健全机构,完善管理体制;加强农村学校体育的法规建设和宏观指导;加强师资队伍建设,提高体育教育质量:更新体育教学观念,树立“健康第一”的指导思想;立足本校、搞好校本课程开发;切实解决体育经费、场地器材问题;坚决落实学生每天1h的课外体育活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 By way of documents and materials, questionnaire survey, interviews, logical analyses, mathematical statistics, researches and analysis of the current situation of physical education in 37 middle schools in the rural areas of Jinzhai county, Anhui Province are carried on with the following outcomes: 1. The majority of physical education teachers here are of middle and young age; the sex structure is not sensible enough due to the small proportion women teachers take up. About 90 percent are undergraduates and junior college graduates with some part-time teachers. The professional structure is comparatively reasonable that the majority of the teachers are of the first and second class in intermediate rank. A rather small number of high-rank professional teachers are distributed in standard middle schools. The teachers have poor abilities in scientific researches, and P.E. teachers only get low social status, bad welfare and payment, large workload and alarming stability of job; 2. The schools are short of funds acutely; the places for activities may not be enough; the equipments are shabby and in poor quality, which can not satisfy the need of the development of physical education in the schools; 3. The P.E. courses in rural middle schools are a hundred percent given to students but without sufficient quantity. Classes are given in such low regularity that it is hard for physical education to meet the requirements of Regulations For Physical Education and Health Classes (abbreviated as Classes Regulations) 4. Rules have come into forms that radio gymnastic exercises and eye exercises as the main part of extracurricular activities are paid important attention to. However, extracurricular athletics, sports training and competitions are too deficient for students. Suggestions are pointed out with regard to the main problems: we should seize the time to strengthen leadership, regulate the educational system and perfect management; regulations and macroscopic guidance for schools should be enhanced with a panel of better teachers and an excellent P.E. system in higher quality; teachers should be equipped with renewed educational conceptions in the guidance of "health-first" and carry out curricular development on the basis of the current situation of school; administrators of schools should solve problems in finance and equipments, making sure that all the students can have extracurricular activities for one hour everyday.更多还原
