低比转速渣浆泵的性能研究

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了渣浆泵的几种设计方法,分析比较之后,确定了一种互为补充的方法,然后根据这种设计思想,对某电厂渣浆泵进行优化设计。鉴于渣浆泵型线会影响到其性能,并且低比转速渣浆泵型线扭曲的程度不大,型线比较特别,所以对此次设计的型线也进行了比较分析,得到一种型线方程的新思想。最后对所设计渣浆泵使用Gambit软件进行叶轮的构体,并用Fluent软件进行流场的三维数值模拟分析。对模拟结果进行了较为深入地探讨,分析了各种因素对渣浆泵性能的影响,最后对低比转速渣浆泵的设计提出合理建议。

【Abstract】 This paper firstly introduced several methods on designing slurry pump, identified a complementary approach after comparative analysis, and then had been optimized design according to this design concept. In view of slurry pump lines will affect its performance, impeller Line equation of low speed slurry pump has little degree of distortion and very special, compared and analyzed on this design impeller Line , got a new ideas of line equation of the impeller. Finally the drawing means of pane net had been adopted to the configuration of the impeller on the drawing software Gambit for this design pump, three dimensional numerical simulation had been operated by making use of Fluent. Discussed of the numerical simulation result thoroughly, the influence of each kind of factor to slurry pump was analyzed by the numerical simulation result. Finally put forward the reasonable proposal to the design of the slurry pump.
