【摘要】 电力修试企业的工作与运行中的电气设备关系密切,科学、合理、实用以及定期和不定期的电气设备修试活动对于提高电力系统运行的可靠性、安全性和经济性意义重大,并在一定程度上能够提高电力企业及相关电力用户的运行管理水平和经济效益。本文运用生产业务流程优化、价值链分析等相关理论和方法对电力修试企业的业务流程进行分析,探讨了在未来市场竞争日趋激烈的环境条件下,以提升电力修试企业市场竞争力为目的的业务流程优化问题,并结合具体电力修试企业在未来市场竞争环境下的出路和发展方向等要求,以修试业务流程优化为主要内容进行了研究,提出了相应的建设性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The business of electrical contractors has close relationship to the operating electrical equipments. It is meaningful for power system operating to be enhanced the reliability, safety and economics. The activity of repair and test to electrical equipment must be made regularly and irregularly, practically and rationally. To some extent, this job can improve power enterprise’s management and increase the economic effects of electrical clients. So, the electrical contractors are important to the development of power industry. In the article, the business process of electrical contractors was analyzed on the theory of the production process optimization and value chain model. Further more, how the business process optimization of electrical contractors was discussed in order to enhance the competitiveness under increasingly fierce market competition. Accordingly, some suggestions were put forward on the business process optimization of electrical contractors on the requirements of the development strategy to the electrical contractors on the background of the market competition.更多还原
