配电网消弧及铁磁谐振监测与控制技术的研究

【摘要】 中性点接地运行方式直接关系到配电网供电的安全性、可靠性与经济性。本文通过对配电网常用三种中性点接地方式进行分析和研究,根据其运行特点和存在的问题,结合具体的配电网运行现状,提出了配电网中性点接地方式的选择观点。对于中性点不接地系统,铁磁谐振及电压互感器高压保险熔断问题一直困扰着现场运行人员。本文在深入研究分析的基础上,找出问题的根本原因,提出具体解决方案,并在现场进行了实际运行检验。对于中性点经消弧线圈接地系统,针对影响消弧控制效果的接地电容电流检测这一技术难点,提出了新的基于电网自然参数的注入信号法系统接地电容电流检测方法,并结合课题组的科研项目以工控机为平台,设计了基于直流偏磁式消弧线圈的消弧控制器。论文取得了多项研究成果,具有较强的工程实用性。

【Abstract】 Neutral point treatments is related with security, reliability and economy in distribution system directly. This paper analyses and studies three major neutral point treatments. According to their characteristic and problems, this paper brings how to select in terms of reality of distribution.In the isolated neutral system, voltage transformer ferroressonance and fuse-blow-out is a severe problem which obsesses operator. This paper studies their true reason on base of theoretic analysis. It brings practicable programme which has operated field service.In the resonant earthed neutral system, this paper brings new capacitance current detection base on electric network parameter, which is against the difficulty in extinction of arc controlling. And it designs magnetic biasing arc-suppression controller base on industrial computer.The paper has obtained a few achievements and it has utility in project.
