黑龙江省电力有限公司电能采集系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 传统的电能量结算是依靠人工定期到现场抄读数据,在实时性、准确性和应用性等方面都存在不足,因此由数据采集终端,经电力线传输,将各种终端的数据送至集中器,再利用GPRS数据通道,传输至管理中心的主站,建立完备的电能采集系统将电能计量数据和电网运行数据自动采集、传输和处理将大大推进电能管理的现代化。本文针对基于GPRS的载波抄表系统的主站系统构架建设和数据分析方法提出了一套完整的解决的方案,它不仅较好地解决了电能采集系统本身的数据分析工作,也为“SG186工程”营销管理业务中的其它7个模块提供了高端数据共享的基础。本文所设计的基于GPRS的载波抄表系统已于2008年开始在黑龙江省电力有限公司各供电局进行组网,预计2009年完成全部工作。

【Abstract】 The traditional method of electricity settlement based on the data copied in the field is inefficient with respect to real-time, accuracy and utility. Therefore, the terminal data which is sent to the concentrator through the power line, and then, to the main station of the management center by GPRS system and the establishment of an ideal power fee collection system to automatically complete the collection of electricity data as well as the transmission and process of the data of power grid will greatly enhance the modernization of the power energy management.This paper introduces an integrated program based on the construction of the GPRS power line carrier data collection system main station and the data analysis, which can not only solve the problems of the data analysis in the electricity power collection system, but also lay the foundation for the share of high-end data for the other seven modules in the marketing management of "SG186 Project". The GPRS power line carrier data collection system designed in the article is already under construction in the power stations of Heilongjiang Electricity Power Co. Ltd. and is expected to be completed in the year 2009.
