快速锁紧阀的设计及性能研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术在流体控制系统中的大量应用,流体控制元件的数字化成为一种必然趋势。在液压锁紧系统中,锁紧阀作为控制元件,在整个系统中扮演着至关重要的角色。在一些要求快速响应、无泄漏及高控制精度的液压锁紧控制回路中,传统的锁紧阀很难达到技术要求。本文在综合国内外电液数字控制技术及元件的相关研究成果的基础上,设计了一种新型的快速锁紧阀。其整体采用二级结构,先导阀为直动式数字伺服阀,主阀采用锥阀结构,并且在主阀的设计中设置了挤压油膜阻尼器。本文对快速锁紧阀进行数学建模,并根据理论模型对系统进行了仿真研究,最后对该系统进行了实验研究。实验研究表明,新设计的快速锁紧有许多优点:响应速度非常快,关闭时间仅为8(ms);泄漏量小,油膜的缓沖效果非常明显;稳定性高,锁紧阀在5000次的开关过程中未出现任何故障。本论文各章内容简述如下:第一章,首先对本论文研究主题有关的文献进行了综述,接着阐述了本论文的研究目的、意义以及创新点,并列出了主要的工作量。第二章,本章介绍了快速锁紧阀的结构原理,还包括先导阀的结构原理和特性分析。第三章,本章建立了快速锁紧阀的理论模型,并且通过MATLAB软件对系统进行了仿真研究。第四章,本章进行了缓冲油膜和主阀接触应力的仿真分析。第五章,建立了快速锁紧阀的实验系统,对其进行了实验研究。第六章,对论文的研究内容进行了总结与展望。

【Abstract】 With more and more computer technology applied in hydraulic control field, there is a trend that hydraulic control technology and component should be digital. In the hydraulic control system, the locking valve, which acts control component, has a substantial influence on the performance of the system. In some hydraulic lock loop, he traditional locking valve difficult to achieve the requirements of rapid response, no leakage and high-precision control. In his thesis, a new high speed locking valve is designed, which based on the research of electro-hydraulic control technology and components. It’s composed of two parts, the pilot valve is a direct-actuated digital servo valve and the main valve is a poppet valve. Furthermore, a squeeze film damper is designed in the main valve.In this thesis, the mathematical model of the high speed locking valve is established, and the system is analyzed in simulation investigation. Furthermore, hardware and software of the system are also designed. Finally, the experiments are carried out, which indicates that the locking valve has many characteristics: fast response, response time is only 8(ms); less leakage, the effect of the oil film is very obviously; high stability, in the process of 5000 switch the locking valve without any fault. The main tasks of this paper are as follows.Chapter 1 makes a summary of some relevant information about the history and trend of this research, and then introduces the purpose, meaning and creative point of this thesis.Chapter 2 introduces the design of the high speed locking valve, introduces the design and characteristic analysis of the pilot valve.Chapter 3 establishes the mathematical model of the system, which is also analyzed in simulation investigation.Chapter 4 introduces the analysis on squeeze film and contact stress of the main valve.Chapter 5 is about the experiments of the high speed locking valve.Chapter 6 is the summarization of this thesis and prospect.
