基于GPRS和GPS的物流定位系统

【摘要】 本文基于GPRS网络通信的远程数据采集系统为背景,采用MSP430147单片机控制GPRS模块(GTM900),利用短消息传输来实现远程数据采集系统的方案,对基于GPRS和GPS的物流定位系统进行研究,解决了物流跟踪、定位的问题。主要研究工作如下:1.硬件设计:硬件设计主要由MSP430147单片机和GPS模块以及GPRS模块构成。GPS模块通过接收卫星定位信息,确定当前的经度和纬度,GPRS则负责和中心服务站的通信,保证实时能够查询货物当前的位置,MSP430147单片机是模块控制和数据采集的核心。2.软件设计:用C语言编程。根据远程数据采集系统的功能,对单片机系统进行了电路原理图的设计,通过数据线连接单片机系统和GPRS模块(GTM900)串口,对其进行AT指令控制,并设计软件的流程框图,包括GPRS主程序、GPS模块数据采集系统程序、RFID模块数据采集系统的程序和单片机数据通信程序。3.对系统的功能进行了扩展,添加了RFID(射频身份识别)技术,能够对货物标签进行识别登记,并且通过RS-485把接收的数据发到主机进行处理。4.经过调试,GPS模块系统能够正常接收定位数据,并在一定时间内通过485通信传输给GPRS模块系统,每次接收都能够完整发送出去。

【Abstract】 The article mainly introduces and designs a remote positioning data acquisition system based on GPRS network communication, it mainly discusses a scheme, which uses MSP430147 microcontroller to control GTM900 and realizes remote positioning data collection by short message system, researches the system of logistics positioning based on GPRS and GPS, solves the problem of Logistics positioning and tracking. The main research work are as follows:1. Hardware design: The hardware design mainly consists of the MSP430147 microcontroller、the GPS module and the GPRS module, the GPS module receive information through the satellite positioning to determine the current latitude and longitude, the GPRS module is responsible for communications with the service stations, to ensure the timely for the current location of the goods, the MSP430147 microcontroller is the control module and the core of data acquisition.2. Software design: The software is designed by C language, according to the Remote Data Acquisition System functions, a design about circuit schematic of microcontroller system is completed, the GPRS module is controlled by the AT command through data line between microcontroller system and GTM900 module , it describes the design of software flow charting, including the GPRS main program, the GPS modular data acquisition system procedures, the RFID modular data acquisition system and the microcontroller data communication program.3. We expand the function of the system add the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology on it. It can identify and register the tag on the cargo, and send the receiving data to host microcontroller through RS-485 to process.4. After debugging, the GPS modular system can receive positioning data, and in a certain period of time through the transmission to the 485 communications system GPRS module, Each time the receiver can transmit completely.
