气体分馏装置的动态模拟

【摘要】 本文对液化石油气(LPG)气体分馏装置进行了全流程动态模拟,同时为深入了解精馏塔操作特点和行为特性,还对精馏塔进行了动态建模。气体分馏系统主要包括脱乙烷塔、1#丙烯塔、2#丙烯塔、换热器和泵设备、管网、蒸汽发生设备等。本论文在充分熟悉这些设备的基础上,分别建立了这些设备的数学模型并选择了适宜的解法。最终形成的动态模拟软件应用于实际生产装置的实时仿真,取得了良好的结果。该软件的仿真结果与装置的实际生产数据比较接近,基本反映了气体分馏系统整个过程的规律,可对气体分馏工艺过程进行模拟仿真。从整套工艺装置的模拟情况看,模拟过程能够很好地反映出装置实际运行情况,具有较好的动态特性,不仅可以用来进行仿真培训,还可用于技术人员对工艺过程的技术改造以及控制系统的研究。此研究成果己成功地应用于天津沿海某炼油厂气体分馏车间的职工操作培训。在对精馏塔进行动态模拟时,在稳态模拟的基础上,进行合理的假设和简化,应用“超理论级”模型实现了装置中精馏塔的实时、动态仿真。

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the dynamic simulation of gas fractionation system. In order to make an intensive study of the operational and actual characteristics, the dynamic simulation of fractionation column is also made.The gas fractionation system mainly consists of dethanizer, 1# propylene tower, 2# propylene tower, reboiler, and heat exchanger, pump and vapor system. Based on the knowledge of these devices, the mathematics models of these devices are established and the suitable algorithm is selected. The dynamic simulation software finally formed has been used to the real time simulation and practical process, and has obtained the good effect.As its simulation results of the software are well approximate to actual production data, the software can reflect the basic principles of gas fractionation system and be applied to the simulation of the technical process. From the device simulation situation of the entire process, the whole simulation process is could well reflect the running conditions of equipment. The simulation results can be used not only for the simulation training but also for the technology upgrade and control system study. This research has been successfully applied in catalytic reforming workshop of Tian Jin Da Gang Refinery.This paper applied the "super stage" to simulate the fractionation column in a real-time simulation; which is based on a rigorous model and has a satisfactory precision and feasibility. And this model have been applied in the dynamic real-time simulator for the whole process of the LPG fractionation plant.
