天然气净化装置优化及远程监控系统的研究

【摘要】 本文主要的研究内容是天然气净化装置的优化和远程监控的实现。目的是通过先进技术的应用来提高H2S的回收率、增强天然气净化的效果、减少酸气大量放空对空气造成的污染、提高系统整体运行性能、降低装置的能耗。同时提高企业的信息化水平、提升管理水平、降低管理成本、增强企业的市场竞争力。本文首先介绍了天然气装置优化和远程监控的现状。结合实际项目分析了某厂天然气净化装置目前存在的问题,指出了问题的症结所在,提出了要达到的目标。通过综合利用内模控制技术(IMC)、优化技术(用于PID参数寻优)、辨识建模技术、OPC技术、数据处理技术、数据库技术等技术来实现了装置的整体优化。结合实际情况开发了数据接口、搭建数据传输通道实现了远程监控功能。该课题的完成取得了很好的经济和社会效益。并且在完成远程监控功能的同时构建了一个通用的远程监控解决方案。

【Abstract】 This paper focuses on optimizing the plant for purifying nature—gas and making the manger of the plant can monitor and contorl it from a remote place.The main goal of this article is to use advanced technology to increase the recovery rate of H2 S,enhance the purifying effect of the nature—gas,reduce the air popllution cased by acidic gas,improve system’s run effect entirely,depress the energy consumption of the plant.At the same time, advanced technology’s usage can make the enterprise’s informationization to a high level,buildup the its management,also can make the enterprise more competitive.First,the paper describes the current situation of the plant’s optimizing technology which is for nature—gas purity and the remote monitor—contorl technology.Then it analyzes one factory’s plant which is for nature—gas purity and points out the plant’s existing problems.After that the paper indicates the key point of the problems,and makes a statement of the optimizing aim.By means of IMC,optimizing technique,identification technique,opc,data processing technique and other technology it realize entire optimization for the nature—gas plant.Besides,it develops data access inferface and transport channel.Take the data access inferface and transport channel as basises,it makes the remote monitor—control come true.The research gets both wonderful economic and social benefit after it achieves anticipatory goal.Further more,it constructs an universal solution for remote monitor—control.
