基于北斗的车辆运输监控调度系统的设计及实现

【摘要】 随着社会经济的发展,城市及道路交通网规模的不断扩大,运输车辆的日益增多,交通运输的合理调度和管制日益成为社会的一个重要问题。车辆监控系统是智能交通系统(ITS)的重要组成部分,是提高车辆使用效率、调度指挥、安全监控、协调运营等功能于一体的指挥、控制、管理体系。对外出的运输车辆进行监控是交通运输调度自动化的重要功能。在某些特殊和关键领域如危险品运输、运钞车、军事等运输系统的监控显得尤为必要。上述功能的实现不仅要依赖对监控车辆精确的定位,还需要有可靠的通信网络、完善的指挥调度中心等。目前大多交通运输监控系统都采用基于美国的GPS+GSM/GPRS/CDMA或短波无线通信网实现定位和监控。该类系统存在两个缺陷:1、定位部分,由于GPS属于美国,应用在关键领域可能会受制于人;2、运输车辆的监控,通过移动通信网络,增大了系统的成本,并且不具有实时监控的特点。传统的监控调度系统一般将重点放在外出车辆的监控和调度上,却忽视了运输计划制定阶段的模拟及仿真,未能实现运输计划实施前的有效评估。本文针对以上的特点,提出了一种基于我国自主研制的北斗导航定位系统的车辆运输模拟验证及监控调度系统。本系统能够在运输计划实施前采用仿真算法对运输计划进行模拟验证,决策者可根据仿真结果修改计划,将问题消除在实施前。运输实施过程中,系统利用北斗卫星通讯系统提供的定位及通信功能,实时对运输车辆进行监控和调度,确保运输的正常进行。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of society and economy, the city road net have expand larger and larger, traffic vehicle also expand a lot. The rational dispatch of traffic vehicle become a important problem in modern society. Vehicle Monitoring System(VMS) is not only an important component of Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS), but also an integrative system which melts accurate position technology,mature mobile communication technology and credible computer network technology in an integral whole. It is used for improving the using efficiency of vehicles,making it convenient for directing,implementing monitor for security and assorting with management.At the present time most vehicle monitor system are based on the GPS/GPRS/CDMA or short wave communication to position and monitor. These systems have two defects: First, GPS positon systems belong to USA, It may be enslaved to other country when implement in security field. Second, the monitor of vehicle used by mobile communication network cost a lot. Traditionary vehicle monitor system fouse on the monitor and dispatch, but It neglect the simulation of transport plan.In this paper, we put forward a kind of vehicle monitor and dispatch system base on the COMPASS positon and communicatiron system which has proprietary intellectual and property rights by our country. This system can simulate the transport plan before the plan have execute. During the transport process, system can position and dispatch the vehicle real-time, make the transport process execute properly.
