橡胶促进剂生产废水处理研究

【摘要】 橡胶促进剂废水含较多的难降解有机物,可生化性差,而且其水量水质变化大,故直接用生化方法处理该废水效果也不是很理想。本文针对这一问题进行了探讨,希望找到适合的治理橡胶促进剂废水的方法。在实验室阶段,首先进行了菌种的筛选、培养驯化与鉴定;利用正交实验,确定复合菌的最佳培养条件及无机离子对微生物生长的影响;考察了pH值、温度、盐度、碳源及氮源对优势菌群生长的影响;研究了不同温度、pH值、不同的废水浓度对单株菌降解橡胶工业有机废水的影响效果。然后通过方案的确定,选用高效优势菌强化A~2/O工艺处理该废水。厌氧处理提高了废水的可生化性,废水的可生化性从0.25提高到了0.56,有利于后续工艺的处理。高效优势菌处理橡胶促进剂废水的实验室模拟。首先对污泥进行培养驯化,厌氧反应器的接种污泥来自垃圾渗滤液,缺氧反应器和好氧反应器中投加高效优势菌,按照传统的厌氧污泥培养方法,逐步提高废水的COD浓度,使微生物逐渐适应该废水并能够良好的生长,驯化时间大约为两个月左右。系统进入启动阶段,启动阶段分为配水启动阶段和原水启动阶段。在稳定运行阶段,COD平均去除率达90.71%,氨氮平均去除率达78.31%,苯胺平均去除率达86.17%。

【Abstract】 It is difficult to treat the rubber accelerator wastewater to reach the standard by physical chemistry process, moreover the movement cost is higher; the rubber accelerator wastewater contains much non-degradability organic matter、bad biodegradability, as well as change in water flow and quality, therefore it is not very ideal to treat this wastewater by the bio-chemistry method. This paper has discussed this question and hope found the suitable method to dispose the rubber accelerator wastewater.In the laboratory stage, firstly, process the bacterium ridding, culturing domestication and identification; By the orthogonal experiment, it is determined the best culturing condition of the bacterium and the impact of the inorganic ions on the growth of bacterium; inspected the pH, temperature, salinity, Carbon and nitrogen to the growth of the super hybrid bacteria; study the degradation effect of the single bacterium at different temperatures, pH and the different concentration of rubber plant organic wastewater.Through the projection identify, super hybrid bacterium enhanced the A2/O process is selected to deal with the wastewater. Anaerobic treatment can increase the bad biodegradability of the wastewater. The biodegradability of the wastewater can be increased from 0.25 to 0.56. It is useful to the treatment of the follow-up process.It is simulated the processing treatment of the rubber wastewater in the laboratory. Firstly, it is domesticated the sludge active. Anaerobic reactor inoculated sludge from the treatment reactor of the leachate liquid of the garbage. The super hybrid bacterium added in the anoxic reactor and the aerobic reactor. Accordance with traditional culture methods, the anaerobic sludge is domesticated, and gradually increasing the CODcr concentration of the wastewater, so that microorganisms can be gradually adapt to the wastewater and can be good at growing. It is taked about two months for domesticating. And the system into the start-up phase. In this phase, it is included water distribution and raw water start-up phase. In the stability operational phase, CODcr, ammonia nitrogen and aniline average removal rate can be reached at 90.71 percent, 78.31 percent and 86.17 percent, respectively.
