基于金属磁记忆的智能清管器技术可行性研究

【摘要】 随着现代工业的发展,管道运输在工业生产以及社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,同时,管道运输的安全问题也日益凸现出来,越来越受到世界各国的关注。本课题就基于金属磁记忆的智能清管器的技术可行性开展研究。验证此项技术可行性的关键步骤包括:检测系统的设计、试验管道的制作以及基于金属磁记忆原理裂纹判定方法的提出。论文中介绍了金属磁记忆检测原理、检测系统的硬件和软件设计以及整个验证实验的过程。检测系统的硬件包括以MSP430F149单片机为核心的磁场检测模块和通讯模块,其中磁场检测模块的探头采用HONEYWELL的HMC1021型磁阻传感器;软件包括单片机程序和上位机VB、MATLAB算法程序。在实验过程中,首先利用线切割、对接焊等手段制作出一段用于验证性实验的预埋裂纹的实验管道,接着使用自行设计的检测系统检测磁场信号,通过单片机将数据发送到上位机,而后运行上位机的VB程序将数据存储下来,接着再使用MATLAB算法程序对数据进行处理,最后利用检测到的漏磁场法向分量H_P(Y)的过零点和具有显著特征的最大梯度值的位置来判断裂纹的位置,再与实际的裂纹位置对比,得出可行性结论。经过大量的实验,该系统可以很好的实现实验目的,验证了此项检测技术的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern industry,pipeline transportation plays an important role in industrial production and social life.At the same time,the increasing safety problems of pipeline transportation concern the world.This paper researches on the feasibility of metal magnetic memory based intelligent piping technique,including the design of detection system,the pipeline making for experiments and the metal magnetic memory based detection approach as key steps.This paper introduces the detection principle of metal magnetic memory,the hardware and software design of detection system and the experiments for testing.The MSP430F149 based hardware is composed of the module for magnetic field detection with HONEYWELL HMC1021 magnetoresistance sensor as the probe and the module for communication. The software includes MCU program,VB program for monitor computer and MATLAB algorithm program.During the experiments,pipeline with cracks for the testing is first made by linear cutting and butt welding.Then the field signal is measured by the detection system while the data is transferred to the monitor computer by MCU,saved by VB program and processed by MATLAB algorithm program.Then crack position on the pipeline is then located by zero-crossing point of detected normal component H_p(Y)in the leakage magnetic field and maximum gradient. Finally the location is compared with the actual crack position to get the feasibility conclusion.By large numbers of experiments,this system achieved the purpose of the experiment and validated the feasibility of this detection technique.
