【摘要】 城市水体及水岸空间环境是城市重要的空间资源,是体现城市资源、生态环境和空间景观质量的重要标志,也是打造水乡城市旅游目的地、支撑城市水上旅游开发的重要组成部分。以城市水系空间资源为依托的水上旅游开发旨在营造一个能够使旅游者向往和乐于停留的开敞游憩空间,在城市旅游中占有重要的地位。越来越多的地方政府把城市水上旅游开发纳入到城市发展战略的高度。水上旅游开发成为当前城市建设和城市旅游产业发展的热点,水上旅游规划备受关注。本文通过文献资料分析、实地调研和案例研究相结合的方法,深入研究了国内外城市水系空间开发的理论与实践、城市水系空间功能演变的一般规律,以此来认识城市水系空间在城市发展中的作用和城市水系空间功能演变与城市发展的互动关系。论文从不同的角度对城市水上旅游进行界定,总结了城市水上旅游开发的特点和本质属性,分析了城市水上旅游产生和发展的必然性以及影响因素。在此基础上,对城市水上旅游规划的概念进行界定,归纳总结城市水上旅游规划的类型及特征,从城市整体功能空间的角度,结合城市总体规划和城市旅游总体规划等相关规划内容要求,着重探讨了城市水上旅游规划的理念、内容、原则和思想方法。最后,以绍兴城市为案例,通过对绍兴古城内河和大环河南河不同地域、不同水环境背景下的水上旅游开发规划加以求证,主要就水上旅游资源划定与评价、开发目标定位、功能分区、旅游项目策划、客源市场界定、旅游线路组织等方面予以展开,印证上述规划原则和规划思想方法的可行性。研究成果以期对城市水上旅游规划提供理论支撑与现实指导,有利于城市水上旅游规划的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 City water body and water system space environment is the important space resources of the city, the important symbolize of city resources, ecosystem environment and space landscape quality and also the important component which can build tourism destination of water village city and support city water tourism development.City water tourism development relying on resources of city water system space is to create an open recreation space which the tourists stay happy and long for and playing an important role in the city tourism. More and more local governments upgrade the city water tourism development to urban development strategic height. Water tourism development at present becomes the hot spots of the urban construction and urban tourism industry development, and so water tourism planning is much concerned.The article deeply analysises theories and fulfillment about devepment of the city water system space at home and abroad and general regulation about the change of the water system space function through the integrated methods of literature analysising, field researching and case studying.and so we can know the function of the water system space in the development of the city and the interaction between function of the water system space and urban development from above.The thesis carries on a define to the urban water tourism from the different angles,summes up the characteristics and essence attribute of water tourism development and analyzes inevitability and the impact of factors of urban water tourism development.On the basis of above, I carries on a define to the urban water tourism development planning,tallies up the types and characteristics of the urban water tourism development planning and focuses on concept,content,principles and methods of thinking of urban water tourism planning combining with the content requirements of the general urban planning,city tourism master plan and other relevant plannings from the perspective of the city’s overall function space.Finally,taking shaoxing city as an example, the paper confirms reseach conclusion through urban water tourism development planning of internal river of ancient city and south river in the context of different regions and water environment in shaoxing,mainly spreads from delineation and evaluation of resources, development target locating,function division,tourism projects planning,tourist market defining, tourist routes organizatiing and so on and confirms the feasibility of the principle and the way of thinking of planning.The research result is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for urban water tourism planning and is conducive to the implementation of urban water tourism planning.更多还原
