新型膜生物反应器处理人工合成污水的试验研究

【摘要】 膜生物反应器(membrane bio-reactor ,MBR)技术具有传统方法所不及的许多优点,具有广阔的应用前景,但高能耗、膜污染是影响MBR工艺推广应用的主要障碍。我们从曝气方式入手研发了新型射流曝气膜生物反应器,取代了鼓风机,省却抽吸泵。通过在实验室近100天的小试试验研究此新型MBR系统在实际应用的可行性和对生活污水处理的效果以及可能遇到的问题。经试验证明:射流曝气能达到非常好的充氧性能,系统对CODCr去除率均大于90%,基本在95%以上;NH3-N去除率基本在90%以上;浊度去除率高达99%以上,出水浊度小于1NTU,出水无色无味。本文初步探讨了污染物的去除机制,认为在反应器运行的前期生化反应在对COD的去除起主导地位,但随着运行时间的延长,膜对去除COD的贡献率增大。通过膜污染后的三次清洗,摸索出最佳清洗方法为: 1%NaOCl浸泡20小时然后1%HCl浸泡4小时,并认为累积恢复率更能反应膜清洗的效果。

【Abstract】 Membrane bio-reactor(MBR)has many advantages which are not possessed by the traditional methods and it has a quite broad prospect. Membrane pollution and high energy consume are two main obstacles for MBR’s extensive appliance.We designed a new typed MBR,which replaced the blast and omitted the out water pump.In 100 day’s experiment in laboratory we studied the feasibility of this new MBR’s practical application and studied its dispose effect for municipal wastewater and tried to discover potential problems. By experiment we found that jet aeration could realize very good oxygen consistence in the reactor between 6mg/L ~8mg/L.We also found it can garantee high sludge consistence in the reactor between 4000mg/L~7000 mg/L.Our experiment went through three sludge retain time(SRT,80days、40days、20days)and there were four enter water load in each SRT.No matter how the enter waer changed the water quality of the equit was very good.The wipe off ratio of COD exceeded 90%,nearly all excessed 95%; wipe off ratio of NH3-N exceeded 90%; wipe off ratio of turbid degree exceeded 90% and the turbid degree of the equit less than 1 NTU. At the beginning of the reactor operation ,Biochemical reaction in the removal of COD is in terms of a dominant position, but with the time run , the contribution rate of the membrane removal of COD increased. We feeled about the best cleanout mean: 1% NaOCl immersion for 20 hours and then 1% HCl soak 4 hours, we think that the cumulative recovery rate better response membrane cleaning effect.
