【摘要】 本论文在总结国内外城市工业遗产研究历史和现状的基础上,针对目前我国城市工业遗产理论研究和实践探索的问题,提出了科学把握城市工业遗产的本质特征与发展规律,树立城市工业遗产保护与再利用整体观的研究思路,提出本体与城市互动、保护与再利用互动发展的整体性策略,并就保护和再利用两方面分别提出了具体的对策,同时结合实例进行了实证研究。论文主要包括五大部分内容:首先,界定与辨析城市工业遗产的相关概念,梳理城市工业遗产研究发展历程,归纳总结城市工业遗产的发展趋势与研究中存在问题,阐述城市工业遗产保护与再利用整体观具有的局部与整体哲学思辩、保护与再利用哲学思辩的具体内涵;其次,基于整体观,具体探讨城市工业遗产的价值评价与分级保护、功能定位、空间整合,提出城市工业遗产再利用的整体性策略;再次,基于整体观,具体探讨城市工业遗产的原真性与完整性、保护性框架,提出城市工业遗产保护的整体性策略;然后,以苏州运河(宝带桥至觅渡桥段)为例进行城市工业遗产保护与再利用整体性策略的实证应用研究。最后总结论文的结论,并对未来研究进行展望。全文约5.8万字,图表63余幅。更多还原

【Abstract】 After summarizing progress and status quo of studies for urban industrial heritages at home and abroad, focus on the problems in the theory and practice of urban industrial heritages, the paper proposes the thinking which is scientifically mastering the essential characteristics and development rules of urban industrial heritages, and establishing integral hoisting of conservation and reuse of urban industrial heritages. It putts forward integrated strategies of conservation and reuse of urban industrial heritages based on the interaction between ontology and cities, as well as between conservation and reuse. Meanwhile, it presents strategies particularly on the two aspects which are both conservation and reuse, and combines with case for the empirical study.This paper mainly consists of five sections:Firstly, it defines and distinguishes the concept of urban industrial heritages, elaborates the development course of them, and sums up the trend of their development and existing problems. Then, it discusses the concrete connotation of integral hoisting that concludes two aspects of philosophy speculate: parts and whole, conservation and reutilization.Secondly, based on integral hoisting, the author of this paper proposes the strategies of reuse of urban industrial heritages through the evaluation and graded conservation of urban industrial heritages, function orientation and spatial integration.Thirdly, based on integral hoisting, the author of this paper puts forward the strategies of conservation of urban industrial heritages through the authenticity and integrity, and the protective framework.Fourthly, taking the Grand Canal in Suzhou as the model, the author discusses the integrated strategies for the empirical study.Finally, the author sums up the content of this paper and makes a prospect of the future research on urban industrial heritages.The full text concludes about 58,000 words and more than 63 tables.更多还原
