【摘要】 随着社会进步的需要和教育的不断发展,人们逐渐意识到要真正提高教育质量就必须关注教师的专业成长与发展。由于英语在国际交流中的特殊地位,我国教育部门对英语学科教学越来越重视,对英语教师专业发展的研究自然成为这一领域中的焦点。其中,广大农村、尤其是经济落后地区农村中学英语教师的自主专业发展是一个比较突出的问题。对经济落后地区的农村中学英语教师的自主发展现状进行必要的调查研究,了解农村中学英语教师专业发展中所存在的问题,对于提高中学英语教师的整体水平、促进英语教学的总体发展以及缩小经济发达地区与经济落后地区和城乡中学英语教育的差距都具有重要意义。本论文一共分为五部分。第一章是绪论。主要介绍本研究的研究背景、目的和意义、研究内容与方法以及本论文的框架。第二章是中学英语教师专业发展的相关研究。首先对一些相关概念进行界定;然后陈述了我国中学教师专业发展的理论基础和国内外的研究现状。第三章列举并分析影响中学英语教师自主发展的各种因素,主要从外部因素和内部因素两个方面着手。第四章是对中学英语教师自主发展现状的调查与分析。通过对英语教师的问卷调查与教师访谈,收集农村中学英语教师自主发展现状的调查数据与相关材料,并对调查结果进行分析。第五章是研究的结论和建议。通过前面的理论综述研究和问卷调查与分析,笔者得出了本论文的研究结论,并依据调查结果,对农村中学英语教师的自主发展提出了一些建议,从而更好地促进农村中学英语教师的自主发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With social progress and the need for the continuous development of education, people are becoming aware that to truly improve the quality of education, teachers must be concerned about the professional growth and development. Because of the special status of English in international exchanges, China’s education sector’s emphasis on English teaching is increasing and the research on English teachers’ professional development has become the focus. Rural high school English teachers’ self development especially in the economically backward areas is a more prominent issue.It is necessary to make the research and investigation on rural high school English teachers’ self-development especially in the economically backward areas. To study the existing problems of rural high school English teachers’ self-development is of important significance to improve the overall level of English teachers and promote the general development of English teaching. It is also of great help to narrow the gap of English educational level between developed areas and economically backward areas and urban and rural areas as well.This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, in which the background, purpose and significance of the investigation, and the research areas and methods are dealt with. The second chapter is about the relevant researches on high school English teachers’ professional development. Some concepts related to the research are defined and the theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad are described. The third chapter lists and analyses various factors that affect high school teachers’ self-development, mainly form external factors and internal factors. The fourth chapter analyses situation of high school English teachers’ self-development by using the data collected from the teachers’ questionnaires and interviews. The last chapter is a conclusion of the research, in which the writer not only presents the conclusion of the research according to the analysis of the rural high school English teachers’ self-development but also puts forth some suggestions in order to promote rural high school English teachers’ self-development.更多还原
